This is a wonderful market...meat, freshly prepared food, bakery, produce, and rows of groceries. We have tried some prepared foods, and they are absolutely delicious! Tamales, rice and black beans, and two dishes (one pork, one shredded chicken, both spicy)....everything was delicious. Unfortunately I don't speak the language, and am not 100% certain what I'm buying. Love this place. While they have have the freshest cuts of meats and seafood (Everything you can think of!).... I go strictly for the hot food in the back of the store. I've gone and tried something different each time and have never been disappointed. We've had the adobo chicken. Ribs (both kinds) Barbacoa Lamb Some type of slow stewed beef in a red sauce (this stuff is addictive! ) The roasted pork Portion sizes are huge ! The rice is probably the best I've ever had.
