My family and I decided to come dine in the other night and I had the worst experience ever!! It was almost 9pm, no one was dining in just a few cars at the drive-through, we waited there at the counter 10 minutes or more and even tho the workers there were inform of us, they never greeted us, didn’t try to take our order, they didn’t even came near the register. After us waiting all that time, I ask “excuse me, is there anyone taking orders “ one replies “ we are busy with some orders”. Did not apologize and not even then tried to serve us. This is unacceptable!! Every business should be very professional and have if not excelente customer service, but at least some good customer service. I don’t want to think that but it all takes me to thing this was a racial attitude since we are Hispanic, I don’t see any other reason for not even wanting to greet us nor serve us. We were very disappointed because I really wanted to recreate a memory from my childhood when I first tried Smithfield’s chicken and barbecue because I haven’t been there since I was 9 and I’m now 39. We were completely ignored.

Wife and I moved to North Carolina nearly four years ago. Not long after we discovered Smithfield's. While not a big fast food guy I must admit I'm quite impressed by this chain. For fast food their food quality is quite high, along with quality side selections. Their service is second only to Chick-fil-A's and it's a very close second. Good food value, pleasant and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and the best fast food dining in atmosphere. It's my impression that thier customers are passionate and loyal and help to create a pleasant dining experience. Stop here before any other fast food restaurants if looking to have a quick eat out or carryout. Very family friendly.

Have no idea what has happened to this SCB but you do not get what you pay for , i ordered a BBQ plate and fries and potato salad, there was barely enough BBQ to made a sandwich and the amount of french fries is a joke maybe enough for a toddler , Also have ordered a shrimp plate toddler can eat that and ask for more not worth the amount you pay and again the FF is enough for a toddler way to much money for what you get ,i go to Smithfield for shrimp you get what you pay for

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG TOTALLY INCOMPETENT they’ll look you dead in the eye and lie 3rd time they forgot sauce and I asked did they remember the sauce and all 3 times they said yes got home and nope not in the bag next time I’ll be sure to hold up the drive thru to check myself instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt
