Unfortunately this is the best Location in the Clayton/Garner area, by default. The other 2 locations that are the close are horrible, especially the Garner one in White Oak (will never go there again).I really hope Clayton can get a Wendy's with good management one day and we might come back.Wendy's Customer Service Hotline also does not care about any bad reviews.
Customer service experiences I’ve had over and over has made it so I refuse to spend my money at this Wendy’s and I haven’t in years. I tell friend and family the same and they don’t patronize this location either.
