I had a horrible Mother's Day experience at this Applebee's today. I am am working 2nd shift. So I ordered 2 rib dinners to be delivered by Uber Eats to my home for my daughter's dinner and mine when I get off work. The ribs were completely inedible. Someone had dumped clumps of the spicy dry rub onto the ribs and then tried to fix them by adding the honey bbq that I actually ordered. It was midnight when I got home. When I brought the food back, uneaten, in its original packaging with the receipt I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would need to speak with Uber Eats. Then I was told "but keep in mind we do use some spice....." Honey I have eaten Applebee's ribs for 20 years! These were messed up...own it. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just lost a loyal customer for $40. I am extremely disappointed and will not go back.

Just to be clear I rate 3 stars as average. The server was great, kitchen was really slow. But their new bacon burger for $10 is a great deal.

After receiving drinks,appetizers and food we no longer seen our waitress.. no napkins,no ketchep,food was very greasy,no flavor and Noone attending to guests who entered and needed to be seated, inwhich the customers proceeded to grab their own silverware,menus and napkins to seat themselves. There were clearly enough staff to tend to mess left on tables from the time we entered to the time we left yet it didn't seen as important as a group of guys at the bar chattering about nothing as all of this went on..it reflects as to why this location has just above B sanitation grade.. last time we will attend this location!

I have taken my family here a lot in the past, but the last 2 times I was not happy. Our food was cold both times, it's pretty bad when coleslaw is warmer than the ribs. They can't cook a steak unless you want rare or well done.

Last nite our Club the FORGOTTEN SONS M/C of Clemmons had a 10th Anniversary Anniversary Dinner for one members Manager.Rob and his crew went well above and beyond to ensure that all needs were taken care of also like to thank especially two people Jay the bartender and our server sorry I don’t remember your name lol your service was perfect .Again thank you Napalm FSMC

First time there very friendly clean respectful food came out hot and on time as a promise drinks were filled up when they were low didn't have a problem staff was very friendly I'll definitely go back againParking: There's plenty of room to park even handicap is right up next to the door

I'm giving Applebee's a 3 overall mainly because all of their meals contain over the daily allowance of salt. For someone with high blood pressure this isn't the best place to eat. I haven't been in years for this reason. It is my granddaughters favorite place so I did take her for her birthday.Dietary restrictions: Way to mush sodium in 90% of the menu options
