Went to crabby Tuesday's which is a all you can eat crab legs option night. We arrived at 8:00 we asked our waitress if it was to late to order all you can eat she told us No with a smile.My first round of crab legs were AMAZING! Four clusters cook to perfection and season just right. My second round came one cluster on a plate.and the season was a little salty. The third round came about 15 mins after we ordered it and again extremely salty. The fourth one cluster round which we ordered around 8:30 came to us cold and extremely salty and this batch wasn't appealing to the eye at all. We did the smart thing and ordered a double round with no season Now it is 8:45... I'm assuming she is the head waitress checks the computer to see how many round we have ordered. It was also another couple in the restaurant not sure how many rounds he had they were there before us.While we are eating the staff are cleaning the back bar area and slinging water and cleaner while we are eating .The staff was very busy cleaning and sort of made us their last priority.Now our food is up it sat on the door window for five minutes. I asked another waitress was that our food she said yes let me tell your waitress.. The waitress was picking up floor mates and she stopped to bring our food without washing her hands.They also informed us that they were cutting the steamers off in two minutes did I want to put another order in with a attitude. I actually think the bad energy was ment for the couple next to use but still.... We did nothing wrong to deserve that bad energy.So now I am feeling rushed and this meal was not cheap!! Very expensive. The tall guy that works in the bar area is wonderful. He needs to be shift manager over the bar area.He actually keeps everything going smooth.I understand that it is almost closing time and you have duties to do before you leave but...Come on people!!!We are paying a lot of money for unsatisfied service.Again... the tall guy that works at the bar is a true Leader he deserves everything good. These Five stars go to him. Only.FYI-- if your wait staff is going to have bad attitudes and give bad service maybe you should stop all you can eat at 8:00 so you can keep smiles on their faces and tips is not affected by there ready to go home attitude.Crab Lover

The food was delicious and not cold at all And was a delicious take-out order everyone was very pleased with a smiling face as they ate their meal. We will be going back maybe the next time we can dine in hopefully. 5 star for sure and the staff were really helpful with the menu and so kind and friendly. Also patient .Thanks bunches.
From the moment we walked in, Michael & Jordan greeted us with open arms and smiles on their faces. They are so funny and on point with everything. Beer was cold and oysters shucked expeditiously. Best. Night. Ever!!!

For two nights the wonderful wait staff saved used oyster shells for my educational exhibit on oysters. It was on display at the Garden Clubs of North Carolina’s annual meeting at Lake Junaluska. It won first place ? and an educational award of excellence. A video was made to send to nationals.Thank you!

Longtime customer with a disappointing experience tonight. Food was great, as always, and I was grateful to get a quick seat since I was dining alone. But I was super disappointed by my observations of the crew and my overall service experience. I had to wait way too long for everything, including the opportunity to pay. Another 10 minutes and I might have left without paying because no one picked up my card that was obviously displayed. The crew almost seemed to delight in how much they could bang, cuss, and joke with each other. I’m all a jovial atmosphere and having fun at work, but not at the expense of customer service and an enjoyable dining experience. If I’d wanted to go to Dick’s Last Resort, I’d have driven to Myrtle Beach, not Clemmons.

Even though we live close by, last week was the first time we've eaten there in many years. For the cost and popularity of the restaurant, I expected way better. Steamed clams tasted fishy. The char grilled oysters were worse, with a strong gas grill taste. The stuffed mushrooms were good, and my wife loved her bisque. Our friend ordered the Jamaican me crazy, steak, and shrimp plate and gave me a sample. The flavor was good, but the steak (filet?) was chewy. The staff was friendly and efficient, but considering the cost, the hit and miss nature of the dishes, and waiting time to get a table, I'm not getting the attraction. I probably won't be back.
