Our family went at an off time. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and the sandwiches tasted great. All of the customers that came in after us were greeted the same, fast service and friendly staff. Gret place.
I love Jersey Mike's, but this one is SO slow. They are constantly working in online orders in-between people who are standing in line. Staff is incredibly slow. Noone is ever in a hurry except for 1 woman who I believe is the manager. Not unusual to wait 20+ min for a cold sub. Also if they are even remotely busy there's nowhere to sit.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub chain. This one tends to miss more than most, though. We've ran into long waits, the mobile orders take a while, and often the orders are wrong. Last night we had a to go mobile order...unfortunately they skipped the rosemary parm part of the order and gave us plain white bread.
