There’s always some problem when I go here. Tonight I got my food and drink when I got ready to eat there was no utensils to eat with nor did I get a straw. Needless to say I had to wait to eat.

I recently visited KFC and had an exceptional experience that I couldn't wait to share. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, making the ordering process a breeze.What truly impressed me was the speed at which my food was prepared and served. After placing my order, I barely had time to blink before my meal was ready. In fact, it felt like mere seconds passed before a piping hot tray of deliciousness was placed before me. It was almost as if my food had descended from the heavens, such was the lightning-fast service and precision of the staff.And let me tell you, the food did not disappoint. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. From the crispy fried chicken to the savory sides, each component of my meal was cooked to perfection.Overall, my experience at KFC was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of speedy service and delectable food made for a dining experience that exceeded all expectations. They only gave me half my order which was corrected but the fact that it was super difficult just to get someone to talk to about my order in the first place that a random dude had to wave someone down for me because people were just meandering around is…. a bit strange to me as a customer to say the least. My order was great when I ate it. But service was lackluster.

Went here a few days ago. There were 2 ladies in front of me on the line and 0 people eating in the entire restaurant. The two ladies in front of me were ordering to eat in, and I was there to take out. They waited approximately 12 minutes before someone took their order, while I was behind them, then after they ordered I waited another 7 to 9 minutes before I ordered. I noticed after I ordered, an employee locked us into the restaurant because apparently they were getting busy and they didn't want anyone else entering the restaurant. I finally got my order after almost a half hour and proceeded to leave, but was locked in. I unlocked the door myself and left. I got in my car and checked my order and it was wrong off course. I proceeded to try to re-enter the restaurant to get my order corrected and the door was now locked again.They would not let me back in. I had to bang on the door quite aggressively. Finally after about 5 minutes of banging on this door, I was finally let back in, and my order was corrected.I will never come back to this location. It's not worth it.

As I waited I over heard the lady in front of me correct them on something they got wrong, then they forgot one of her drinks then they didn't give her back the correct Change... I almost left without my food. I pulled up next and didn't see anyone at the window to help me but you could see the workers goofing off and looking lost. The girl then came to the window and rudely asked, what did you order!?! 6-7 minutes later I finally got my food. There's a guy that I wish I caught his name, I believe he's the manager and he is super nice, if it wasn't for him... That place wouldn't be open at all.... I don't recommend this location at all, save time and patience and go down the road to Chick-fil-A

Worse service and employees I have ever came across. I would give it no stars if an option. I made my order through drive through which consisted of chicken tenders, mash taters and gravy and drink and I paid through drive up the window cashier Amari it says on my ticket told me to pull forward and she bring it out. I waited 8 minutes and no one came out. I rode back around to the window to be told she had left and the new shift came in and knew nothing about my order. I was told to hold on and 3 minutes later I had to blow my horn to get someone to come to the window. The next woman I didn’t get her name was mean and said it wasn’t their fault they were the new shift. I waited another 3 minutes and blew my horn for a guy came to the window who knew nothing of my order but finally did get it to me and didn’t give me my drink with the combo. I almost was late for work due to this incompetent place and the tenders tasted weird so I didn’t eat them .I wouldn’t doubt something was changed on them in a nasty way. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend to my dog much less a person.

The workers are very nice. But expect at least a 45 min wait for your food even if you order ahead of time. Both times that I have been here it took 45 minutes to get my food. I even ordered ahead of time.
