Why say you are open until 2am if you turn off the grills at 1:30?Uber sent 3 separate drivers to collect an order that wasn't being made because this taco bell location accepted the order with no intention of making it- the drivers all arrived, said they had already turned off the grill and left. Uber eats being Uber eats kept sending another-because they accepted the order.Why even keep posted hours if the staff are completely ignoring them?

Placed an online order and arrived prior to 1am was told the grill was shut down. I asked if they would cancel the order and she told us we had to on do ourselves on the app then closed the window.

Have to say I love Taco Bell but this one has been terrible every time we go it’s missing something or does not come with something it’s supposed to have on it I am disappointed every time! There employees have to step up their game and management needs to oversee the poor service ?

Food was surprisingly fresh and not soaked in grease today. How, I dont know how the staff here gets past an interview let alone hired to serve the public. The young men and women drive thru staff are so rude, they treat you like you’re bothering them and don’t even speak to you aside from asking for your order. Start over, Taco Bell. You had some great staff for a while, now your drive thru staff at lunch time needs to be sent back to basic human socialization education. ?

Every online order is incorrect. They’re always missing something. Always. My latest one is my cravings box and the stuffed dessert bites. Not only did they not have enough for my order, they didn’t give me two items from my cravings box…..

I despise the kiosks; their operation is slow, buttons have to be tapped 'just right' to function.Staff is obvious to customers that want to order at the counter.I really don't like going to Taco Bell much anymore.

BEast Mortuary

The staff that works here have the personality of card board. No one acts like they know what they're doing or like they care to help out. Every time I ask for sauce they forget it. Today, one guy basically tossed my food at me and closed the window as fast as possible and walked away so I couldn't ask for any. Everytime I ask for a bean burrito with no onion they forget it and put onions in anyway. The food has gotten worse as well. Go to another store if you really want Taco Bell that bad.
