“The cutest little coffee shop! And the BEST people working there! Love every visit. My current favorite drink is the iced chai, but they always have fun seasonal specials. Great place to get a bagel, hang out, read, people watch at the window, all the things. Go visit!“
“Look, I haven’t always had the best experience at this Dunkin & this is customer service wise and also taste, BUT I discovered the best drink today! The frozen mocha coffee is literally IDENTICAL to the Frozen cappuccino from Joffrey’s at Disney!!! Highly recommend! Also the staff was super nice, friendly AND helpful with figuring out how to order this drink! Definitely recommend although I posted a photo of the churro one instead of the mocha.“
“The customer service needs a reboot. Mcdonald's is well known for the food, but customer service here can ruin the experience. Hopefully they learn to get the orders right and show better customer service.Kid-friendliness: They have a playplace at this location. It's kept clean and the kids enjoy it although it's small.“
“I eat here a lot for lunch and sometimes breakfast while I'm at work and 9/10 they get the order right and it tastes good, drive through can be a little hectic some days but they still manage to get everyone through in a timely manner and curbside pickup is also fairly quick, i appreciate the people who work there who cook the food and bring it out to me whenever I'm there!“
“Stopped at 7am on my way out of town to head to GA yesterday (6/5) for my road trip drink. The service was FAST and FRIENDLY. John, the drive-thru worker, took time to converse and made sure to wish me safe travels after finding out I was driving to GA.“
“Yesterday morning I had an issue with my order I called and spoke to a supervisor and explained how I felt about my order she was very helpful and told me that she will allow me to get another drink. I went back to the store that evening and explained to Sarah what happened again she was very Understanding. Bre Made my drink just the way I explained it to her it was very good I appreciate all of the staff that’s there they work very hard and I understand sometimes it could be difficult to help certain customers that want certain things but I would like to say everyone has an done awesome job every time I come there“
“As a prior partner to Starbucks of six years, I can say I never charged a customer for a different type of syrup, I substituted it as long as it was within the amount that drink normally took. It’s ridiculous to be charged a dollar for one pump of syrup when I had a total of two pumps of syrup in my coffee, just two different flavors. Also, the store specifically serves military and as an active duty military member, I don’t see how this is treating our service members fairly. I ordered a tall iced coffee with one pump of white mocha and one pump of pumpkin, cream and whipped cream, super delicious, but the price was kind of ridiculous.“
“This starbucks location is AMAZING compared to the stand alone ones. Their coffee is always brewed perfect and the blonde girl with the glasses is usually really nice. Especially if you ask for a pump in a drink she will ask you if you wanted a pump again in a SUPER POLITE tone…why would it be on the drink if i didn’t specifically ask for it?! Who knows? Let’s just say that if that extra pump was coming out of her paycheck, she wouldn’t hesitate! Her & her co-workers are just that Generous! Anyways, each time i’ve came to this location it gets better and better i NEVER regret it because it ALWAYS comes out right.“
“Took friends from out of state to try it and they were very impressed. The food and service was amazing. We ate there then went shopping then back for desserts to go. My order got messed up but they fixed it right away with no problem. They were busier than usual and not a big deal and wouldn't have even mentioned it had it not been for my granddaughter's request of a specific croissant after she got out of her small procedure today. Y'all are amazing“
