I wouldn’t DARE step foot back into this place!!!! My family and I went to Ribeyes of Clinton to enjoy a delicious dinner after church, but instead it was the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was awful. Waitress Liz B was so unprofessional. First off she never greeted us properly. She never introduced herself I had to get her name off the receipt. She acted as if she didn’t want to wait on us she wanted to just be a basic waitress. Only thing she wanted to do is give us our drink, food and check. I ordered a strawberry lemonade but once I took a sip it wasn’t to my liking and decided to switch my drink. Even though I didn’t drink the strawberry lemonade she still wanted to charge me for it and responded in such a negative way after I asked why was I being charged for a drink I never finished. Another thing, I definitely don’t mind tipping but for this place to have a 18% gratuity for parties 6 and up she didn’t deserve it at all! the way she treated everyone with disrespect! And to top it off the greeters in the front was talking rudely about us as we were leaving. If you want a nice, delicious, enjoyable dinner I definitely don’t recommend these guys!!! 0 out of 10 for me!!!

This is one of the worst most overpriced restaurants I've ever been to. The steak was the worst part of the meal. My husband got the 10oz ribeye, around 27 dollars it had so much gristle in it that he saved it for the dog. My steak wasn't much better. These steaks are very thin and poor quality for the outrageous price. Doesn't look like there's too much to really choose from as far as restaurants near here. Never again, my husband said this one was a 1, 2, 3 ?

This place is really good for a quick meal. The burgers are cooked to your liking, the sides are decent. The wait staff are very friendly. They have a sweet chili ranch sauce that pairs great with the burger, or fries.
My husband and I dined here on a friend's recommendation. We were seated quickly but had to wait for our server. We told her it was our first visit, but she did not offer any recommendations or information about the food choices. We chose our entrees and a side but did not try the salad bar. My baked potato was not as fresh as I prefer. The butter tasted bad, and neither of us put it on our potatoes. The steaks were cooked as ordered, but we were not completely pleased with them. Actually, we asked for a takeout container and treated our dogs. The server visited our table once and then disappeared until she presented us with our check. We never received our napkins either. We then waited until an employee passed by, and when asked, she told us the server would take the pay-out and went to find her. We will probably not return.
