The workers here were immaculent! Never in my life have i had better service. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly worker named Carson who helped and served with a smile! Zach, his co worker, was helping serve us as well, with a can-do attitude! I HIGHLY recommend coming, especially if carson is working!

Best custard place in the country. I am so glad the chain has made it south. The creamyest best tasting chocolate ever and the only place with mint chocolate sprinkles. The custard is out of this world and service is good....IT IS TO BAD THIS PLACE HAS TO PUT UP THE POLITICAL AGENDA AND I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THAT.

I went to Abbott’s expecting to have some delicious ice cream, especially after seeing the ridiculous prices. However, when I got my order, I was shocked to see MOLD all over. They were these weird little colorful, cylinder shaped specks all over my ice cream. Obviously, I refused to consume my ice cream and left extremely disappointed.
First time! I had a small vanilla with hot fudge and whipped cream. The frozen vanilla custard was very good, but I have limited experience with frozen custard. So, I’d like to try other companies to compare.The exteriors of the shoppes in this shopping complex are aesthetically very pleasing. This particular store on the inside comes across as amateurish, and it would benefit greatly from an investment. There are a few tables and a wall-mounted chalkboard for children to annoy adults with. On this first visit, three children spent my entire time dividing their time between slapping the chalkboard with erasers (see the cloud in your mind), “drawing” on the chalkboard, and running around the tables near the chalkboard. I concluded, sadly, their parents are missing, perhaps they’ve been abducted, because nothing else could explain how these children could be so disruptive and inappropriate in their parents’ presence. I didn’t get the kids’ names, but I will pray for their parents’ safe return to the family helm so they may resume parenting.

I ordered a vanilla sundae with marshmallow fluff and warm caramel. I was given peanut butter (luckily I’m not allergic) I went back up to the front and repeated my order and this time i was just given caramel no marshmallow fluff. Everyone has off days, so i guess i could let that slide. But for $7 the frozen custard was very mediocre.. i personally will probably never return.

My favorite frozen custard! The flavor and texture is the best I’ve had. They do allow samples which is nice because they have weekly flavors in addition to their standard flavors. You can also add candy/toppings to anything. Our go-to is chocolate almonds and/or vanilla with hot fudge and either heath bar or sprinkles. So good!

Great staff, creamy custard! Like the mix up each day of flavors. Tip: check Facebook to see what flavors they have for the day. If you don't see what you're looking for they also have a freezer with other options of flavors. For all my Northern people, they also sell Zweigle hot dogs!
