The worst Ribeye I have ever eaten, I ordered three quarters of it, it didn't have even a bit of salt, it was literally the simplest meat I have ever eaten, the mash was terrible, and the broccoli was overcooked, this place is good to go to drink maybe, but for the food it's terrible!!!

BEWARE!!! Do not order take out for pickup or Doordash. You get there one acknowledge you even though you are behind them and you know they see you trying to get your pickup order. Every time I go there it takes a while before someone helps you. Then when you tell them your name for your order it's still not ready. Then you wait and wait and wait. No one let's you know anything. More servers come by and act like your not there. Then when you get the food it's half cold by the time you get home. They got the nerve to ask for a tip. Not!!! Very poor customer service and hospitality. This happens to me about 3-4 times. The manager and staff needs more training on hospitality and customer service. Maybe then they will a tip. Will not be ordering from here again.

The whole 2 for 25 is a gimmick. Was going to door dash but they wanted 75$ for the 2 for 25! So I decided to call the restaurant, automated to tell a automated which was not a good service, so it transferred me to a Liv operator to place my order for the 2 for 25. Ended up being 45! Automspher seemed like everyone was overworked and miserable. I get it. I do. The food was worse, they didn't include the extras I had to pay for, like a1 steak sauce butter sour cream and utensils. Unfortunately, they lossed me as a customer.

30 minute wait at 930 at night because they have 1 server for the entire place. Four tables were occupied and the rest of the place was a ghost town. Keep raising the minimum wage and this place will be out of business soon enough.

Food came out cold, and the service was not so great. Management did not come to the table. When we walked in, there was no one to seat us for about 5 minutes, but there was a job interview going on, which I assume was the manager. Not a good experience.

i ordered off door dash and the food was not worth the price at all. way overpriced for mediocre food. the entrees we had tasted decent but the wings were so gross. the first bite into the wings made my stomach hurt, they were sour for some reason.

Bartender closed us out after one drink without checking with us and ignored us blatantly for the rest of our time there. We were prepared to order more but after trying to get her attention several times as she was having a very important cut up session with other staff we decided to leave.

It's a typical Applebee's. Alexis was our server, she was very good. We had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, it was good. However the chicken sandwich had stale bread.

It's one of the better Applebee's I've eaten at. I've been here a handful of times and had a problem with the food being wrong or undercooked everything. I think this is a management problem and the fact it's incredibly hard to find good staff over the past 3 or 4 years. Other than that, I'd give it another try. The food is pretty good. Staff are ok, managers usually take care of any problems. It's just that when there's a problem that has to be taken care of, it delays your evening.
