Didn’t even have the decency to give us some PEPER TOWELS for my daughter who was throwing up !!! Worker said “you have to buy something to get paper towels” . Pathetic

This one closed by the time I want to order. Horrible experience. The one by the food court was horrible to some people just came back and want to reorder and skip everybody. I had a coupon that was gonna expire soon. The girl at checkout refuse to get help from another employee told me to get back in line. My pretzel was burnt to on top of that

Claiming they don’t make pretzel dogs there, even though it’s on the menu. Pretty sure they are just to lazy to bother making what a customer asks. They just say pick out what’s in the warmer.

There was three ladies there,I asked for mini pretzels and was told that they don't do special orders,I responded "special orders?) It's on the menu,I was told that they are short staffed there was no line. I walked away and came back to see if there was a corporate number. One of the ladies then told me that they can make the mini pretzel at that time I was no longer interested in the order. I missed saleandcan unsatisfied customer. Please don't let this happen again.

Me and my brother got cinnamon pretzel bites and my parents got some regular pretzels. Mine (which is the cinnamon) had WAY too much sugar and were a bite burnt. My parents pretzels were a lil burnt but not as bad as mine.The guy wasn’t rude but mainly my stuff was the issue, also there a bit expensive with inflation already, idk if I’ll return. Oh and ares weren’t fresh either

Great service. I didn’t like that strawberry lemonade frozen mixer so they let me exchange it for the regular lemonade mixer and gave me something for free

Best Stand to eat and drink. If you're in a hurry, don't stop. The youngsters are beginners, and customers should be patient. However, like anything beautiful, those with no patience or memories of ever being young and have forgotten how to laugh or smile can never really fully enjoy a place like Auntie Anne's! I really don't like big malls. However, Auntie Anne's is worth the trip. I'm hoping they build one outside the mall ? not sure how anyone could give less than the stars and reviews that are deserved. But again, sourpuss is as sourpuss does. Strawberry Lemonade is the BEST!!!

Awful experience. One register open. A woman looked like she was opening another one and when we asked, she gave attitude saying that she wasn’t. Was not told that they did not have small cups available anymore. Charged for regular without being told. Should have known but didn’t that frosting isn’t included and was automatically charged for one without asking or being told. Ordered 2 drinks, even held up 2 fingers. Rang up one and was told that I only said one with an attitude. Didn’t hand a straw so we waited to grab one and got an eye roll as she handed us one. Think we’ll go to the smaller kiosk than ever come back to this one.

I have a business in Concord Mills mall, so I'm always there. The location by AMC is extremely short staffed, but they are always courteous and patient with all the customers. Keep up the great work.
