A friend recommended Bad Daddy's and my boyfriend and I love burgers so we had to stop by. Service with Savannah was excellent! She is a customer service pro. She checked on us every few minutes making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. I got a CYO burger and my boyfriend got the Philly. The burgers are huge and definitely worth making a trip. Everything was good and I'd 110% recommend anyone who loves burgers to grab a HUGE burger from Bad Daddy's!!

Took the best appetizer off menu, the nachos. Bad Ass Burger overly priced $20 with fries. This is a burger, not a steak. Temperature never correct. Medium requested burger was well done. No pink anywhere!!

My husband and I visited the Concord location last week and really enjoyed our burgers and the server was awesome!! Although the Ballentyne location is closer for us-the ambiance, food , and service at the Concord location has been superior in our experience!

I elected to go with a build your own burger and the options seemed endless! Being my first time, I asked my server Lauren for recommendations and she did not miss. Bad Daddy's sauce is a game-changer - tangy, smoky, burger magic! There were TVs on to watch sports and wasn't too loud either. Lauren checked in on us multiple times and was super nice. My wife is gluten free and Lauren was able to help us navigate the menu easily. Home chips and tots were great, especially dipped into some Bad Daddy's sauce. 5 stars, easy. Will be back for more! P.S. Shakes looked tempting... next time!

I like that they separate the topping from the burger when you order takeout. We've dined in and ordered take out from Bad Daddy's. So far they have been consistent.

The new lucky pilgrim is not so lucky, turkey burger bland, no seasoning and toppings, not sure if all included because they were slim to none. Online shows this burger comes with fries but the store manager states all burgers are now a la carte and stated it was false advertisement despite the fact it was their website. He offered no resolution was very condescending and nonchalant. Was takeout so cannot comment on ambiance.

There is a location literally up the street from me in concord that I've been meaning to go to, so I decided to stop in for lunch today. I went around 1ish, and I was seated right away. I ordered a cocktail; Royal Bourbon Punch - I really enjoyed it. It was my first time trying bad daddy's, so I was not quite sure what to order. I asked the waitress for the fan favorites to try and narrow down my options, and she recommended the Daddy's Philly. I went ahead and ordered that with a side of fries. My food arrived very quickly after I ordered, which was surprising. Everything was hot and fresh, so no complaints there! The food was just okay, I should have gone with the smokehouse burger instead. I'll be back to try that. It seems like a lot of reviews recommended it. The staff were super nice and attentive! I'll be back for sure.

I had a taste for a BBQ Bacon Burger and this restaurant came up in the suggestions. I decided to place my order online on a Friday evening at 6pm. I decided to go with the Smokehouse Burger and a side of fries. I am happy that they allow you to customize your toppings and additions. My ETA was 6:45pm. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with other businesses so parking can be a tad bit tricky but parking is free. I arrived at 6:30pm, the interior was PACKED! It seems like a busy place to go on a Friday evening. I checked in with the host and she notified me that my meal wasn't complete but it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes. That was fine for me as I arrived earlier than my ETA. Since it was super busy inside I left my number and waited outside in my car. I received a call not even 10 minutes later that my order was ready. When I got home I was super excited to dig in. The Smokehouse Burger had great reviews and I wanted to try it for myself. My burger was huge! It was delicious and I'd definitely order it again. My fries weren't anything to rave about. They weren't fresh and were a bit soggy. Overall, I'll give this 5/5! I will definitely revisit. I recommend trying this business for yourself.

I had the mushroom burger it was a great size but lacked in flavor there was ZERO seasoning on the meat. Would not recommend.

The hubby and I visited Bad Daddys Burger for lunch today. I am not a big red meat eater but today ain't had a desire for some. I built my own burger and ordered parmesan fries with it. My hubby built his own burger as well and ordered the house-made chips. Both of us agreed that our burgers were good. Also, Nicole, our server was awesome. We never had to ask for anything. She was on top of things including refilling our beverages and just ensuring that we were ok while eating. She receives 5 stars for her service. Overall, I rate Bad Daddys Burger Bar a 4.the food was nothing to rave about.
