I just came back for the delicious Enlightened seared ahi salad, but I was very disappointed with my salad this time...nothing was very fresh and my tuna was very smelled...and I couldn't eat half of that.

Let me just say it was a great experience based on the lack of customer service at some restaurants. Not the case here. Alexis was my serverer. She went above and beyond making me feel welcomed. Thanks for hiring a great staff member BJ's. Me and my family will definetly be coming back!

First time to the restaurant at Concord Mills, NC, on Easter Sunday, approx 4:30pm and got the worst hostess ever. She did not greet us and definitely didn’t smile. Seems like she was upset or just plain hated her job but certainly didn’t care about her job. We asked for a table outside and she says I’ll put u on the list (under my friends name - Jay) for any table inside or outside, I reiterated outside. After approx 30min we got the text to come to the hostess which we did and she walked us to a table inside. She was way ahead of us so we couldn’t remind her that we wanted an outside table. She threw the utensils and menus on the table and continued walking to the back, ignoring the fact that my friend was only 1/2 way down the aisle and I was still at the hostess desk. Fortunately a young lady saw our bewilderment and came to our aid. We told her what was happening and she apologized and seated us outside immediately which makes it seem that seats were always available outside (as tables were empty when we came) but the hostess chose not to seat us outside when we initially came in. The waitress made up for the hostesses bad behavior but this place is not worth it. The food was terrible and the hostesses behavior was the worst I’ve ever seen

I went to BJ’s brewhouse while in the area. I was greeted warmly and shown to my table. As I’m enjoying the atmosphere, I waited for more than 15 minutes for service and no one checked in to take my order. Also, as I walked out I called to speak to the manager to make them aware and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. Definitely not the best first impression…

The table had a sticky substance on it. The waitress brought alcohol wipes to get it up. The glasses had some crusty residue on them (both mine and my guest). The waitress took them and brought new ones. I went to wash my hands in the men's bathroom, and there was no soap. I pulled an employee aside and reported their need to refill the dispensers. Wth...
