Got turned away hours before closing on pi day. The employee said they were closed at 8 PM smh ON PI DAY!!! makes me not wanna go again on a regular day.

Allegedly they ran out of water cups so they thinks it’s acceptable to suggest you buy a bottled water instead of doing theright thing and offering a regular cup instead. Management needs to train employees on what customer service means.

how do I even start this…? I can’t even explain it but it was so good!! high rise crust >> I heard this from a coworker and I was intrigued so I went and I’m so glad I did. THE BLOOD ORANGE LEMONADE TOO OH EM GEEEEE ok anyways, I loved the chorizo, it adds a kick of spice and it’s so good. the cheese was so ooey gooey but in a good way and it was just so good overall 100/10 recommend. no joke. to the workers that made my pizza: i hope y’all get everything you want in life and more i’m being so serious. thank you. ?? (ignore my jungwoo pc it was his birthday so i had to celebrate)

Best vegan pizza I've ever had that's not from ny. Sometimes they burn my pizza but I order around once a week so it's bound to happen sometimes.
This has gone from one of my favs after it opened to the last place I’m going . I’ve watched the deterioration of service quality control and unsanitary practices . I’ve watched several times things drooped on the floor during the Pizza prep like Pizza Boards , Metal Order holders only to be picked up and put back into process , also have seen unsanitary practices around beverage machines .. it appears to be ran by teens who really do not care about safety , quality , sanitation nor customer service . I’ve tried hard to give them a second and third chance but this time I’m done .. it won’t be long before their will be negative health reviews etc . This is what happens to new franchises they start out with exceptional services abd product and then slowly deteriorate.I left before my order was complete , this operation needs to retrain or better train its employees .. Either way for myself and family last time we patronize.Bye

One lady dumped too much sauce, too much cheese and too many veggies and the pizza became very soggy watery and can't even hold it. I wanted to add different veggie topping but that person made it as a disaster. In South end Charlotte blaze pizza is good but here in concord she wasted my money. Pizza is burnt in the

Update: Reached out per their request, on their site like they had requested, no one responded. So not sure they really want to learn.Ordered 3 pizzas, and after a long wait, 2 were wrong; they put the wrong sauce on the chicken parm, and completely forgot to put chicken on the barbeque chicken... And the third pizza .. They couldn't find so we had to wait another 20 minutes for our third pizza. On top of that, they charge for water cups. Definitely not a great experience.

I am so upset that I am just now discovering this place! I love the idea of being able to create at your own discretion and not be hot over the head with pricing. The staff was great, and the pizza was amazing! I love about 30 min away and I’m trying to figure out how to make it back on my lunch break. It would be nice to see this in Salisbury/Kannapolis.
