Website and door hours posted state this location closes at 10pm. I pulled into the drive thru at 7:55 pm. Was told, "sorry we don't have ingredients, we close in literally 6 minutes." The business "literally" verified hours posted on Google 6 days ago. Just annoying and unprofessional.

So glad they got the 20 PC tailgate box family meal! The one in Kannapolis always say they don't have enough chicken. Anyways when I ordered I asked if they could replace the sweet tea with lemonade instead and they said they were out of lemonade. I said OK I understand but to my surprise they gave uspink lemonade instead of sweet tea which I didn't mind at all. The customer service was great and friendly. They even provided sporks in the meal which never happens when I go to other places so I really appreciate that! The food was good, chicken was perfect not too dry and the biscuits were soft. The wait wasn't long either, I'd recommend this fast food restaurant!

Just went through the drive through at 920 PM. Closed. Sign says drive thru open to 11 PM. Plenty of workers standing around inside but no one working. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE!!! I go to the drive through because the dining room is closed and locked ( why?? 11/6/23) and order an 8pc meal - they say it will be 20 minutes for chicken to cook - alright I’ll wait! Not sure why you don’t have chicken at 6:11 pm but willing to wait - get my box at 6:47pm and get home to find cold hard fries and 2 pcs of chicken are hot and fresh! The other 6 pcs are cold hard and ? nasty!! Don’t waste your money or time! I promise it’s not worth it!
