I was aiming at 2 stars, but went with 3 based on the young lady that took my order (4/3/2024 12-12:15 noon). The dining area is part of the experience. Tables and chairs need wiping down and floors need cleaning. Wasn’t busy when I walked in. A little rush came through. Then quiet again. If this is how they keep what we can see, I hate to think of what other areas are kept (that we cannot see).

The crew is nice but they can't seem to open on time. Last 4 times I've been here they are still trying to open. The drive through has a closed message and it's 10-20 past time they are supposed to open.

We went to two different Bojangles stores in the same area on the same day. The food was good for lunch, so I went back for dinner. The employees at both restaurants were entirely uninterested in serving us. For my dinner run in Concord, I started out in the drive thru, but the woman taking orders was really rude and impatient, so I decided to go inside. The employees were wearing sweat suits with nothing to identify them as employees. The guy taking my order was wearing a hoodie the entire time we looked at the menu, and at no point did he offer us a suggestion or preference despite the fact that we were obviously unsure of what to get. The food was good, but not good enough to make up for the terrible experience and employees' poor attitudes.

I was the only person in line and had to wait 10 minutes while three people scurried to find a receipt for a woman that didn't get one in the Drive-Thru. Nobody would even make eye contact with me.
I ordered online using the Bojangles mobile app (an hour before the close time), but I got NOTHING when I arrived at this store. A staff member said there is not enough food available, which I could understand given the late hour. But the worst thing is that I did NOT even get a REFUND.I requested canceling the order or a refund, but the staff member refused it and asked me to go to the app to ask a refund, without knowing if it would work. I checked the app there was NO OPTION available. I asked again about the refund process. Another staff member, possibly a manager, attempted to find the option but failed. The staff said I should go online or contact customer service. When I asked for the customer service number, the staff member just told me to go find the number online and disappeared.After returning home, I visited the Bojangles website, but there was no customer service number. The only option was to leave a feedback. I left a message 4 days ago and the system said someone would contact me. However, I have NOT received any email yet. Additionally, I followed instructions from a Bojangles Twitter/X post regarding refunds and sent an email seeking a refund, but there has been NO RESPONSE.
