The assistant manager I feel verbally abused an employee who tryed to fix my order in front of others. I see a employee being cut off when trying to tell the assistant manager, I wanted something.The assistant manager snapped at the employee and would not let her finsh her words. My order was wrong when the assistant manager handed my order to me, because the manager would not let the employee talk.When I questioned my order was wrong, the manager had a attitude. Clearly she needs some training in how to respect others.Please report if you see any employees or customers who are being verbally abused at this location to the district manager.This is just wrong.

I drive an extra 4 miles to come to this location because it is not the closest one to my house, but it is the cleanest the nicest and the freshest. The employees are always friendly. The food is always fresh and I never have issues like I do at the location at 49/601 where they claim to have run out of chicken or out of biscuits on a consistent basis.

I used to go to this location, even tho there is a closer Bojangles to my home, because the food and service were great. Recently however this location has taken a nose dive, service and quality are pretty much out the window. Twice in one week my orders have been wrong, once the week before that. As a customer I should not have to unwrap everything on my order to ensure it’s what I asked for. After making it all the way home and having to go back this was enough for me, and management does nothing to make up for this after repeated experiences. Save yourself the hassle just go to Breakfastime.

Eating at Bojangles is like buying a scratch off lottery ticket. You hope you’ll get lucky but the vast majority of the time you just throw away your money. But after you’re disappointed you keep going back because you think next time it’ll be a better outcome but it rarely is.

To the guy who decided to pull his phone out of his pocket with gloves on, and then put his phone back in his pocket after he was done texting his buddies or whatever he was doing and then go cut and prepare biscuits without changing your gloves, that’s disgusting!!!
