It is one of the better Burger Kings in the area. And that's saying a lot because Burger King, in general, is one of the worst fast food options in the Charlotte area.

This location needs new management. I have been there twice and on both occasions there was a long wait without a line. When the workers decide to take your order you can hear laughing and additional conversations, so clearly alot of work isn't being done.

This review is for the location NOT inside Concord Mills Mall.The weekday lunch crew is great! They are always polite and smiling. Most of them coo and blow kisses to my dog when we come thru the drive thru. I always leave smiling from here. Unfortunately, that smile usually changes once I'm home. The burgers often have the nasty burnt crisp edges and fries are generally cold. But I keep going back, because of the window customer service.

I was just at this location @ 12:00, I was told at the box to pull to the first window however I waited there with no one present for 8 mins, I was also not greeted with a “hold on” or anything like that. I proceed to pull to the next window and an older black woman with blonde hair was yelling at the boy in the back to get back to window and then HE proceeds to stick his head out of the drive thru window SCREAMING he told me not to move my car. (Obviously this did not happen otherwise I would’ve stayed) (this was also in front of another paying customer)The blonde then tells me “you should’ve stayed back there, he’s rebooting the system, you got to pay” with an unbelievable attitude and snatches the card.There was no communication between anyone and customers about this- how is it the paying customers fault if you aren’t even at the window or greeting anyone???Everyone has bad days, I get it.
Come here a lot, they occasionally get my order wrong but all the employees are super chill and nice!

This is my fave fast food restaurant!! On days where I just don’t want to make dinner I’ll take a longer way home just to hit this location. Amazing staff food always fresh and hot. My kids also love it which helps out for busy nights.
