Extremely slow service from the kitchen. We ordered our appetizers at 430pm and didn't get served until 530pm! Then we had to request utensils. At least serve the kids meals, then the adults. By 6pm, we were still waiting on 2 meals to be served. They had more servers than short order cooks.

Don't order here if you come from it of state. They refused a legal AZ ID. Clearly either they don't know how to Iad correctly, or they just refuse service to people they don't feel like serving. Imagine losing 300% of your service because you, as an industry BASED on IDing customers, can not successfully understand how to ID someone.

Stopped here after a long day at Great Wolf Lodge. The hostesses were very polite, and our server, Elizabeth, was amazing. We had a great meal, a big slice of cake, and a much needed respite from the chaos of vacation.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Was seated by the hostess who was talking on the phone while doing so. Sat at our booth for 25 minutes and no one came to take order. The bad thing is, there was a total of 4 tables with people sitting, so they were far from busy. Waitresses were seen near the kitchen talking and joking, having no care that there were customers ready to be served. Laughable service! No wonder it was practically empty! I’ve been to Carolina Ale House locations before that were awesome! This Concord location will never be revisited!

Went this evening to watch NCSU and Iowa game. Super busy night. Been in Service industry for years. Service from Dara was excellent and Cheese Curds were amazing. Thanks for a great evening out and would highly recommend for great food and service!!!Cullen

We visited on a very busy night. The only thing available was outside. It took a while to get our food. Understandable on a busy night. As soon as they sat our food on the table, I smelled a very strong burned smell! My fish and chips didn't appear burned, so my husband checked his salmon and it wasn't burned either. His veggies, however were cold and shriveled up and his rice was cold as well. I was only able to eat a little of my fish because it had that burnt smell and taste. The only thing I can think of is that something was burnt to a crisp in the fryer and the grease was not changed. It was our first visit and we will not be back.
Went with friends from out of town a little after 10 pm - party of 9. Initially ignored by hostess; finally seated in almost empty patio area though plenty of seating in main dining area. Service was slow and perhaps they forgot about us. (They actually shut/closed the patio with us still there for another 45 minutes). Food was ok but burgers tasted odd/funky and food took waaayyy too long considering our orders and given the fact that it was NCAA tournament night and the place was not really busy. We were ready to leave after waiting well over an hour when our food arrived. Plenty of staff around but not attentive. Had to repeatedly go into main room for napkins, etc.; older security guard was more helpful than waitress. Will, the manager, did take off the two burger meals and was apologetic for that and the length of time we had to wait. Didn’t get out of there until after midnight (with three kids). Will gave us a $10 off next visit card - looked at it afterwards and it expired 3.5 months ago! Took our friends there as we previously had a nice lunch there last year. I’d like to think it was the late hour but I really don’t think so!

Went here the other night. The server was okay until the end....not sure why they are not as pleasant. My order was wrong and I ordered salad so I had to send it back. Then a family came in with a dog....UNACCEPTABLE.....if we knew it was dog friendly "inside" we would have not eaten there. And NO IT WAS NOT A SERVICE ANIMAL.....Never to return!!!!!

Coming from a chef, I highly recommend y'all work on having your servers dress professionally with customer service experience. I shouldn't be seeing a server in short shorts exposing all of her thighs with her private parts being table level to me. Your FOH needs training. Get it together. I will NEVER recommend this place. Service and dress code was nauseating ??????
