I went to this Chick-fil-A a lot. They did a pretty decent job most of the time. They just screwed up my order when I was having a rough day this last week. Don't go to this Chick-fil-A on a Saturday. The drive through staff will rush you even if the line isn't bad, they will give you the wrong sides, and the kitchen staff can only count to 9 when you order a 12 count. If you are cool with getting 75% of your food though regardless of what your reciept says, this is the place for you. I called the store and the manager put me on hold and then "accidentally" hung up on me. He was reasonably nice the second time I called but I was hoping for a BOG coupon or something and haven't heard anything in a couple days.

These guys literally mess up my order 90% of the time I come here. This morning I ordered a grilled nugget bowl and they gave me the regular nuggets instead even though the receipt clearly says grilled. I get so sick of paying for food I'm not going to eat, this was the final straw and I'm not coming back to this location anymore.

I’ve been going to this location weekly since I started driving and I’m now in my 20’s and For the last few months they have not been giving enough sauces for fries 1 per fry and nuggets sometimes none at all and atleast 8 separate occasions we have gotten salads I have not gotten ANY ranch AT ALL when your charged $10 for a salad part of that cost is the dressing it’s ridiculous ppl have to drive back or go without ranch and it’s ridiculous for the price of the food I will be avoiding this location at all cost from now on

I asked for a diet Dr Pepper and got regular and they didn’t give me any of the sauce I asked for and I didn’t get my sandwich. The young guy at the drive through was very rude and didn’t seem to be paying attention to me and clearly wasn’t sure my whole order was wrong!
I ordered several nugget meals & side salads.I had to turn around because they forgot our dressings. The same guy who took my order through the drive thru was now inside. I explained to him that we didn’t get the dressing & he said he’d grab it for me in just a moment. He then passed me 4 times taking food to the tables before getting it.When I got back to the car my son said they forgot forks. Sent him in to get it & we left. Then found out they didn’t give us enough sauce for all the meals.Definitely do not recommend this location.

Went Saturday morning 3/9 for breakfast. Got the chicken minis meal and both hashbrowns and minis were still cold. If you’re going to just reheat breakfast items at least let them warm up all the way. Very disappointed chick-fil-a

I do not know if people are lackadaisical or incompetent; however, if you charge a up charge for something I expect to get it. Then you want to get mad because you can’t do something as simple as make an order correct. That is literally your job!
