So I was just in drive thru for 25 min and no one came up to my car to ask me for my order. When I finally made it to the window the manager told me he was not going to take my order “we’re busy”. I told him that no once came up to my window and that’s bad customer service that he did not take my order at the window. I am so disappointed in the service and the customer service. The manager was so rude to me I can’t believe we live in a world like this now! A manager is supposed to go above and beyond for your customers especially chic fil la since they’re a family company!

I LOVE this chick fil a personally! Me and my friends go here! Their milkshakes are amazing and the food, and i have no complaints about customer service!
Had the absolutely worst experience.. Pulled up a young lady took our order we moved through the drive-thru up past the curve leading to the window and we are at a dead stop for 20 mins!! We see all the orders piling up the two runners looked so confused.. we knew something was wrong when the 3 cars ahead weren’t getting their food but the back of the line kept getting their orders… We politely asked if they had our order and we were told they are still working on it.. odd but ok.. after 25 mins we get to the window and they ask us what did we order… I’m like do you not have our order?? Person at the window says we lost it but I’ll give it to you for free you don’t have to pay… I’m puzzled because I already paid…. We give her our order and one of the young ladies says ohhh your order has been sitting here they wrote the wrong name they have it as Leanne not Mia ??♀️ who’s Leanne??? ??♀️ mind you it’s been sitting for 20-25 mins nope I asked for a fresh order… I didn’t get an apology no refund no nothing.. just pull to the stop sign and we’ll run your order once done..
