This location seems to be improving. There had been some issues after completely reopening post covid closings, but my last take out experience was very pleasant. I do hope for a few menu additions. Perhaps an avocado chicken, Chilli's once had or maybe some new things to try.

Enjoyed dinner tonight with the 3 for me deal..Cajun pasta shrimp, Chilli, fountain drink and mini molten cake under $25.Just look at how delicious this pasta looks and it tasted exactly how it looks. ? ?Our server, Chelsea, was amazing ??Thank you!

There were some issues with the curbside service. However, food was good.
This has to be the worst restaurant in the whole brand genuinely. drunk servers having meltdowns and walking out in the middle of our dinner and telling me my wife and 8 year old son all about his work struggles...we dont care lol. Served us a quesadilla with a bite taken out of it once its like the wild west. Walking in at 830 3 tables in the restaurant family with infant waiting in the lobby already...45minute wait...just close. Used to be our place to go for a quick affordable burger and drink, we'll never go back. Trash place, trash employees, i guess what do you expect.

Whoever is operating this Chili’s on North Concord Parkway is doing an absolutely fantastic job! I was immediately greeted upon entry and seated in less than 5 minutes. I was greeted very cordially by my server, I believe Jeremy He was very good; he kept my drink refilled, made sure to give me enough napkins, and was attentive. I loved the Buffalo Ranch Chickne Sandwich; it was truly one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had!! I was seriously about to give up on Chilis after some bad experiences, but a couple Concord locals told me this location would not disappoint, and they were right. A manager even stopped by the table to greet me; they asked if everything was good and said it was a pleasure having me. This location has restored my faith in Chili’s! Other locations could learn a lot from this one
