Just ordered a steak salad for $10.95 asked for extra steak and they charged me $5.35. How is asking g for extra steak half the price of the entire salad? And then they didn’t have the dressing! At least put a sign up explaining the pricing and stating that you’re out of o r of your main ingredients!

THE WORST!!!!I went there (3) times in one week and all three times they stated they were only taking On-line Orders after I drove there and wasted gas and time!It had happened sporadically over the course of going there, but (3) times in one week! Pathetic!I will never go there again!Also, the portions of food is extremely small!!!Very Unpleasant Experience!

First time at this location. Usually get bowls and rarely burritos. Got a barbacoa burrito and asked for a vinegarette and was told they are $1.75 at this location if it’s not with a salad. Never in my life of going to chipotle even getting burritos has this ever been the case.I told them this is my first time hearing that do you wanna toss the burrito or give me a cup this one time for free. She chose to toss it. Greed like that and decision making for future business disgusts me.Go ahead and add the vinegarette to the menu as $1.75 so people know in advance.

We keep trying to give this chipotle a chance since it is the only one near us and we love chipotle. I just don’t even know how this place is even still open. Every single time we’ve been to this one there is absolutely no steak. Today we went at 1:30, so they have been open for only 2 hours and we’re already out of stuff, and not even making any more food. When I asked how long it would be for steak the staff just said “I don’t know when ever they want to put it on the grill.” They weren’t even brewing any sort of tea, there were no forks and the drinks/silverware area was a mess. The kitchen was a mess, not sure how they have a score of like 96. The management at this location is clearly poor and the staff clearly doesn’t care enough to do anything about anything except maybe one person who was the blonde lady doing togos.If they were out of steak shortly after they open due to not getting their shipment, make a sign. I was already to far in line before I found out they were out of steak and had to just stay because I had to get back to get to work on time.This review hurts me to write because we LOVE chipotle, but man it was so disappointing.

Avoid this Chipotle at all costs! I don't know what is going on here, but this location is ALWAYS struggling. They never have the full menu, they are always backlogged, and while I acknowledge the experience of working in fast food isn't fantastic, I have yet to be there when someone (anyone) is smiling.Most recently I had the worst experience to date, and it's the last straw! Not only were they out of several options, nobody was notifying customers of the outages till mid-way through the ordering process. Additionally, there was a queue of nearly 13 people waiting to pay for their orders, while the night manager was goofing off around back for some reason. It took 2 of the DoorDashers complaining for one of the new hires to finally get the manager and ask for her help to check out the backlog of 13 people (see photo).Really need to find new management for this restaurant, or Chipotle corporate might just want to scratch this location all together.Parking: Drive slowly, the lot is too busy and people are always zooming around!

Very disappointed in this particular Chipotle: we have been 3 times in a row and they are “out” of chips & guacamole by the time we order. As my gf is vegan, queso isn’t a viable substitute.We typically order between 4-5pm. The cashier has told me twice that they are low on guac and therefore saving all that’s left for online orders only. It’s wild to me that they won’t sell me something in the store in case someone later wants it online. I guess we will just start going to Sabor more often.

I don’t eat meat. We placed an online order. Picked it up, took a bite—there was beef in it. Don’t usually post reviews but feels important to share in case others have religious restrictions on what they eat, are vegetarian, or have food allergies. ?
I don't have to say for my first experience with Chipotle it was a good one and I will certainly be trying them again along my journeys. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered a chicken bowl, with some delicious rice, black beans, Korn lettuce and topped with fresh avocado. The meal was very filling and very delicious. I look forward to trying something new on my next visit.

Ordered an online order to be ready at 12. Arrived at 12.They had online orders online. Took till 12:25 to be ready. I had only a 30 min lunch. The staff was rude and didnt care about your time restraints because they are "understaffed" If your understaffed and cant do that job like intended then close the doors. Unprofessionalism
