Got to this chipotle somewhat regularly and always get take out because it is usually pretty dirty and usually missing quite a bit, but that is standard for chipotle. My complaint today is mostly with service and customer service response as a whole. Ordered delivery for the first time and will not be making this mistake again. Order was picked up from the store by our driver and then they went 20 minutes in the opposite direction, I assume to make another delivery. We were unable to contact them or anyone at chipotle about the issue. Food arrived 40 minutes after picked up from the story and I was missing the salad dressing, which is the only reason I get the salad, because you can not order the salad dressing any other way. I had to tip before we placed the order, so I tried to contact chipotle about getting the salad dressing and at least reducing the tip to the driver before the delay. They added a free drink to my account without me being able to speak to anyone or file a complaint. The drink is nice, but not really what I was looking for and whenever I try to reopen the order it says already addressed, goodbye. Not really pleased with the customer service response.

I came around 12pm. And the lady with the black/Blonde hair have a horrible attitude and have a stank face. She was at the register. Nobody wants to be serviced by a lady with an attitude. Nobody forcing her to work she should’ve just went home if she was gone talk to people w a attitude

The absolute worst service ever. I do not know how the manager ever got promote. He has zero management or customer service skills. I placed an online order for over $160. I called to request vinaigrette dressing. First, I called multiple times before even receiving and answer. When the manager finally answered, I requested to have the dressing added to my order that was delivery. He proceeded to tell me it would be $1.00 charge for each of the dressings. I informed him I already paid for the order and it was to be delivered. He refused to make adjustments for me to get the dressing. I requested a refund and informed him that I would be making a complaint. He stated okay with a smart attitude. I received a full refund for my order and it was still delivered. The food was terrible and skimp. How stupid of a manager to loose $160+ over a few $1.00 dressings when most places don’t even charge. Great management skills buddy!

I have went to several chipotles and This is the worst chipotle i have ever went to in my life , it takes a lot for me to even take the time out of my day to write a review and i had to make sure i let this be know because people don’t deserve to get treated the way i was treated tonight it was very rude and unpleasant experience and i will not be back the lady that took my order was tossing my food and being rude also the lady who checked me out didn’t even wanna say my total she told me “it’s on the screen” At that point i don’t even want the food if it’s a problem just ordering it and paying for it .

I went to deliver a Doordash order today Tuesday March 5th 7:40 pm. And the woman at the reception does not treat people well, it is the first time I have gone there, the person did not give me my order, and I was waiting for a long time. The woman has no education.He answered reluctantly.

Wouldn't recommend this chipotle. Next few nearest have equally bad ratings so you might be better off going some where else entirely.- Steak was dry and hard. Spat out a handful of too hard pieces. Didn't taste good.- Bowl was drowning in sour cream. Scoped off about 3 tablespoons worth of sour cream but the majority was already mixed in (far too much)- Idk if this is doordash or chipotle's fault, but I my bottled drink which was over 4$ didn't arrive.- Also no napkins or utensils which isn't a big deal.- Arrived cold despite the super quick delivery so I don't think it sat out long.- Can't get a refund on the drink because I ordered through Chipotle's website, not DD.- This was 2 bowls and 1 drink and it was 39$ before the taxes, tip, and delivery fees. nearly 50$ after.All in all, I get the impression that the employees here are likely miserable and not treated well. I don't blame the workers at all. This is clearly a systemic/management issue considering all the other rating.

This place is always dirty. There’s always something broken, or they’re always out of something. And you have to tell your employees no phones and no earbuds while they’re working. It’s gross and unsanitary to see people fiddling with their devices and then touching food. And you can’t pay attention to your surroundings if you have earbuds in. Do better.
