worst chipotle I've ever been too!! they never have anything I order there and cannot believe my eyes this last trip no chips( ordered two servings) and got kids tacos with literally just the meat inside, unbelievable, the employees are all lazy there and move slower than molasses this makes trip #4 in a matter of 3 months like ya'll have gone wayyyy down in service quality and what you represent! absolutely want a refund asap I'll never eat at another chipotle ever again!!!

This is the worse Chipotle order I have ever gotten. The preparer wouldn't give me new fajita veggies. His reply was, "oh he's got some coming" as he continued to scrap the bottom of the pan to grab the four pieces that were there, instead of getting me fresh veggies. Horrible. Will never go to this location again.

Horrible horrible food and service at this location multiple times. We have decided we will never be returning. Ordered a cheese quesadilla and we got a cold tortilla with veggies hanging out. We also ordered a bowl with carnitas and there was not only large black hairs all throughout the bowl, but huge pieces of fat without any actual meat. When I went into the store to complain the doors were locked and the employees stood there laughing at me as I tried to tell them I needed a new order. I then went to the chipotle in Concord and spoke to the manager who was appalled at the items I showed them and noted she would call their manager. Please save yourself the headache and never go to this location.

I asked for a cup of ice and on the ice it has bacteria on it. This location needs new management. The restaurant is dirty. The restroom is dirty with no tissue. The staff isn’t friendly. This is just horrible.

This location should just shut its doors, the franchise owner must be losing money. Went here at 8:15 p.m. on Saturday March 30, 2024 upon walking in was told by a worker there is none ofnthe following: tomatoes, guac, brown rice or beef. Sbe stated they are not making anymore because the store is closed TOMMOROW but the store isnscheduled tonclose at 11:00 p.m. today?!?!?!??! Not the first instance at this location but def my last!

First time a Chipotle does not have brown rice or roasted veggies…ugh! There’s a drive thru that does not take orders. If it’s pick up window only, I recommend placing a sign to indicate rather then have cars wait.

This place is a disappointment for chipotle. Hardly gave half bowl for chicken no more than half spoon. When asked I was told you need to pay extra for extra chicken. I agree if you want to charge more for extra protein Only when you provide at least for what I’m paying for. Most of the time you don’t have some items available - No sour cream, no veggies, no lettuce. Why not provide the rest in the quantity they are supposed to be. Never coming to this store again.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but it disappoints every time. I understand places are short staffed but that is no excuse for the establishment to look the way it did today. It was filthy. Tables dirty, trash overflowing, counters had food from previous orders all over it. The floor both in the front and the back looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I was honestly shocked. Not sure where the manager or owner was but it was completely unacceptable. Perhaps shut down the drive-thru so the employees can focus on the building itself. This place needs major improvements and that’s putting it lightly.
I just recently was in your Kannapolis pkwy NC Location and was applauded by the condition of the place. There was only a few people at a table. Every table was littered with food remnants from prior customers. The whole Time I was there no employee made any attempt to clean anything. The floor was even worse.

There's truthfully not anything good to say about this locations. From the service to the food. Most chipotle's are decent. I see this one has 1 1/2 stars. Shocked at how they managed to get a star. They are always out of something and always looking pissed when you come through the door. All a reflection of whoever the store manager is and this location is the downfall of this franchise...
