DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They charged me almost $400 for an order that I never received. That is understandable, the real problem started when I tried to contact them about the issue. I have called at least 10 times leaving 4+ messages. I have emailed multiple times no one has responded at all. The food is decent but overpriced and if you ever have a problem there is no customer service. Order from someone else.

In June I purchased a $200 gift card for a friend who had just adopted a newborn. Her food was never delivered. She's left voicemails and emails; I've done the same and messaged this company on Facebook. They've ghosted us.

I have been a long time customer. When they first opened, the owners were so hands on and always in the store. The food was delicious, the portions were good, the customer service was excellent. As they grew, I noticed new staff (as expected) and I saw less of the owners. Then the pandemic hit. As the world transitioned to a new way of doing things, I expected some hiccups along the way. However, I have given them so many chances and they continue to disappoint. The food is just not as good as it used to be. There seems to be no consistency in portions. I bought a "soup" that was 99% broth. There are no more grab and go options. Everything needs to be preordered. But, my pre-orders are often incorrect. Just problem after problem. The concept is great and one that is much needed. However, the execution is lacking. I have given grace, but I think the problems extend beyond the pandemic.

The first two deliveries went fine. I then ordered a 5 meal pack. On delivery day I was called and told there was a delay and it would come the next day. It didn't. I emailed several times that week. I didn't care if they couldn't deliver off schedule but just wanted to know if it was coming the next week. No response. They had my business until they stole my money.

The food is absolutely fantastic! You get what you pay for; the quality and taste of the food is incredible. I'm a really busy guy and have tried a lot of meal prep services over the years and this one takes the cake. They're food is so fresh and healthy and believe it or not, I'm actually excited when its time to eat it!!!I've been a lifelong fitness guy, but as many others can probably relate, the past year was difficult and I definitely put on the "Covid-15". I had been getting really discouraged and was beating myself constantly with my poor food choices, so much so that I almost got to the point of giving up, throwing in the towel and not caring anymore that my lifestyle was unhealthy. And then I found Chop & Chisel... I no longer have to figure out what I'm going to eat next and give in to the temptation of a quick fix meal or snack. Instead I now know that my next meal is waiting for me in the fridge and that I'm actually going to enjoy eating it! And that's the real kicker here, knowing that the food is healthy and that it actually tastes incredible and is enjoyable to eat. In a short time its moved me away from any previous poor cravings I was having for junk. On top of this its already fully cooked so 90-120 seconds in the microwave and its ready! That means I can continue working or completing whatever task I was doing when I got hungry; no guess work or decision making, no meal prep, no travel time, just heat up and eat.If you've been looking for a good meal prep service I highly recommend giving this a try. 100% recommend these guys as a meal prep service. #1, the food is DELICIOUS. I always track in weight watchers so the nutrition info is helpful. #2 customer service is great! #3 I love that the delivery driver texts you when food is delivered so you don’t miss the delivery! #4 there’s always a coupon code and I do love me a coupon!!

I signed up for weekly subscription. Their system messed up my order multiple times and charged my credit card for it. I emailed and communicated with the owner Pam and was assured it would be fixed and refunded. I did not see the refunds and I messaged her multiple times asking for an update and she stopped responding. Horrible customer service.

Nightmare trying to cancel my subscription. Can’t cancel online (why?). And when you call it’s straight to voicemail & no return calls - since charged for another week of meals I don’t want. Avoid. Food was pretty meh. I put in dietary preferences no dairy & got sent Parmesan chicken.

I signed up for a weekly subscription in hopes of eating healthier and more timely (meetings during the day weren’t allowing any time to prep or pick up lunch). I have LOVED these meals. They are flavorful, the menu changes often enough to keep me interested and I have gotten over a hump in my weight loss journey. The customer service is amazing! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to sigh up for this, make my life easier and move towards a healthier lifestyle.

Also, they are very generous with coupons so don’t miss out! 10/10 would recommend (I am about a month in to reoccurring orders)!

Unique change of pace for to go food and would have loved to try it but they didn't have the lasagna in stock. Looked for something else but really disappointed in the portion sizes compared to the steep prices across all of the others so I probably won't be back. Unique though if you're interested in an appetizer and pretty clear who their target customer is, the burn bootcamp clients above them. Great location.
