Whenever my sweet tooth hits, I go to Cinnaholic. 100% vegan and I love it. You cannot taste the difference. The fresh fruit as toppings is an added bonus. Recommend 100%

Service was quick. The rolls absolutely delicious!!!!The server was extremely patient as this was our first time and we had a large group. We visited on Saturday 3/16/24. Definitely will return.

Horrible service and bad customer service. The young lady was rude to my daughter and family as we expressed to her that this was our first time. Our cinnamon rolls were still cold, she didn’t change her gloves after she rang me up for my three items. Overall this was poor customer service and a bad experience. I came in to this location around 7:45 pm for the first time, not realizing they were closing at 8pm. However, the MOD greeted me with a smile and a pleasant conversation. The employees were behind her cleaning up and sanitizing the prep area while I was waiting for my cinabun to finish baking.The employees were doing a great job cleaning up and I was pleased to see that happening.However, when my bun got finished in the oven one of the employees that was just cleaning up takes the buns out and proceeds to pick up my bun with the same gloves she was using to clean.I politely asked her whether she would change out her gloves and she says, “ this is food safe”.Her manager then says, “just change your gloves”.However, I was still given the same cinabun and it was never switched out.The bun looked so good but I could not get myself to eat it.A waste of money, and not what I expected at all for my first time.Phenomenal manager.Can we please teach employees to change gloves after handling or touching anything that is not food.The same employee handed me the bag and I said thank you, and she looked at me with a blank stare in return.I’m not upset because this is the customer service you get in 2024 which is why I rarely eat out, but this kind of attitude makes you not want to return to the establishment.

I really love this place and the atmosphere here, the music and of course the cinnamon vegan rolls are the best. This time I have to complain about the service with a lady, I’ve been here around 7:30 and that particular lady is not nice at all. I now she wants to go home but that is not the attitude. So today I came by at 5:39 to avoid her attitude and apparently is the same. I think she does a good job but not in the service area with customers. Thanks.

No, I'm not vegan but it's still delicious. I like their chocolate chip cookies too! App is easy to use, free item for your birthday and getting points for orders gives good discounts on future items.
