Ordered my usual burger trey, two side, drink and one extra side as well. asked for some extra sauce and was told it was extra money, never out of all the years and all the cook outs i have been to, none have charged extra for sauce. when i asked when did they start to charge extra i was told with a horrible snarky attitude “Since ive been the GM thats when”i was immediately upset with the attitude. i get my food and leave. Fries are horrible and barely cooked.will not come back

The young lady at the window was pleasant! Drove off and took a bite of my wrap only to find a strand of hair hanging from the remainder of the wrap. The French fries both Cajun and regular were extremely over salted.

Usually I don't have too bad a time here, the foods usually very, very good however staff can sometimes be very rude. The cashiers will often interrupt your order while adding toppings, resulting in them incorrectly, making whatever meal you have. When addressing this at the window they can become rude and often get an attitude.After asking for my burger to be fixed I was given rude remarks and a bun that looked to have been dropped into mustard.
