Service was a bit disorganized. Everyone in the group loved the food. Didn't get plates or silverware until everyone had their food and had been eating close to 15 minutes. I would still go back.

Ordered medium rare steak received well done. Our server, Mikey, put in for a steak done correctly and after over half an hour I received another well done steak. Was supposed to be a t-bone steak. It was thin and gristly. Was served with a butter knife. They don't have steak knives. Extremely expensive food done badly. The only positive thing was having Mikey as our server. I think he did the best he could with what he was given. I will never go back and will not recommend anyone else going there.Parking: The food is terrible so I don't think many people go there so no problem finding parking

I'm so disappointed I went there to pick up my takeout order, I paid the bill it was 36.36. I did not add a tip because it was a take out. They added 13.00 tip that I didn't authorize. Today 5:34 AM Cash App: Your transaction at Crafty Crab Concord has been updated from $36.36 to include tip. Your new total is $48.36.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I ordered through UberEats and this was the WORST food I’ve had in my life. How you manage to make crawfish taste like stale cardboard, and blue crab taste stale and gritty is beyond me. It was old and overcooked and yall are so disrespectful for that.

Dj Marvin was great playing great music. The place was empty, I wish that the place could advertise more. I knew the DJ was there because you placed it on his Facebook page.
Food was great, service sucks, how you get your salad after your food? Then when you tell the waitress or whoever she was suppose to be, that you don't want it, she says it's been made and now she wants to bring it. Now I have to pay for something I didn't eat. Terrible service!!!! She set the pace, making the experience terrible. Avoid 2nd bad review from me and it is always the service.

I'm used to Louisiana cajun taste profile. Everything was cooked well as far as texture. But flavor just wasn't there for me. Fries were the best item.

As somebody that is allergic to half the menu, I’m not the most qualified to rate this place but my 14-year old loves a good Low Country Boil, and thinks this place does it better than most (best ever according to him). I will say, the cajun garlic butter sauce that they serve their boils in, is pretty good (I ate the potatoes, corn, and sausage).Kid-friendliness: we went here because of my kid

I love seafood. I expected sunshine & rainbows when I stopped in. I ordered a scallop dinner & when it was delivered I felt like I could've bought a box of frozen seafood for the same quality. The service was good, very on top of refills. I doubt I'll return.
