4/13@ 1am: could you please update the hours? It says opening 24/7 but it’s not true. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Amazing that they open 24/7, the dishes are very affordable and the service is surprisingly good if we take in consideration that is a night shift. We went to have dinner at around midnight or 1am. The server was kind and took care of the table. I was happy and very satisfied.

Stephen gave an amazing service, from the moment we walked in. He was seating everyone that walked in, he was the server, he was bringing the good out, and cleaning his tables to keep seating down more customers. And during all that he still kept drinks filled to all his tables and would check up on them. His service is outstanding, this is the service that is rare to find.

Just wow. Hardly nobody inside eating. We sat down and ordered rather quickly. Waitress, Kayla G, brings out our pancakes and my hash brown. 10 minutes later we finally get our eggs and bacon. Eggs were slimy, bacon over cooked, and their tea was nasty. Waitress never brought refills for my drink or my sons drink. She forgot for 15 minutes that we needed 2 boxes for pancakes. She couldn’t work the debit card machine. Just absolutely horrible. Now I remember why we don’t go here anymore.

Wow!! Again no surprise. Monday morning at 8:30am "No Servers". I was greeted by the cook. She was so nice and the only staff member in the restaurant. She was doing everything. Btw, did I say "No Servers". Where is the manager?? This Denny's needs to get a real manager. I'm not sure if anyone reads these reviews. I've wrote before, still no improvement. Manager, manager, manager???

Horrible! First off, let me say that as a chain restaurant, appearance should be up to par. The ceilings in this Dennys looks like the hulk punch out some square paneling. You can literally see wiring above your head as you are waiting to be seated.The food was not that great either. The menu while sounds delightful but might taste better elsewhere.Lastly the hostess couldn't get our gift card to work and they made us pay in cash. Now suppose we were on our last but wanted to enjoy a gift card that we only had enough for a tip for.... no apologies and the girl was even taking personal calls while trying to ring us up- in what professional world in the restaurant industry is that appropriate?? The next closest one is in Charlotte and that is far! I don't recommend this location though.

place was completely packed and understaffed. waited over an hour for our food and it came out cold with 2 orders missing, having to be "remade". the meat was...grey. and my eggs were slimy and cold. had to ask for silverware twice and they didn't bring enough. manager was too overwhelmed to help or offer any sort of discount.great memories coming here as a kid but I will not be back.

I was very disappointed with the food I got today. I ordered the egg ham and cheese sandwich. It was supposed to have two kind of chesses. First hardly any cheese. Almost no eggs and the ham was horrible. It was greasy mess. I threw it away.

Today when I went to Denny’s I had a great experience with my husband on our weekly date. The service was quick. We got seated really fast as soon as we walked in. The server was really nice and had our food put in fast. The cooks cooked our food great and fast.Our food experience:Ordered the grand slamwich and seasoned fries. The sandwich was really good. Nice and savory. The bacon was cooked good and had nice flavors, the h was nice cooked and had good flavors. The egg perfectly cooked and cheese and bread was good too. This sandwich I would totally order again.The fries were good and had nice flavoring just a little over cooked. I would also get the fries again.The double chocolate pancake puppies were really good. They were crunchy on the outside and nice and soft and chewy on inside. The icing that can with it was good, just wished it was a little more melted so it was easier to dip the puppies. But overall I would get these pancake puppies again.Kid-friendliness: It’s a great place to take kids, they have a great menu that kids would love. We have taken our children during the years to eat.

Let me just say that I have worked as a waitress at Denny's, that being said, tonight's experience was awful! Our party of 5 waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by staff. Once seated, drinks and food were ordered, we were told they were out of almost half of the items we ordered were out of stock. The condiment bottles were sticky and filthy! The banana on top of my pancakes were bruised and brown. Three people in our party ordered sweat tea to drink and when we wanted a refill were told they had already thrown it out, I am wondering why, knowing there was a probability that a refill would be needed. I was offered something else to drink, I said coffee and the waitress walked away not saying anything. She came back out 10 min later, empty handed. Not once did she say it would a minute that she had to brew more or anything. Also, the bathroom was dirty and was out of toilet paper! The service was horrible and the staff obviously not trained properly! I will not be back!

Not 24 hrs. It's closed on a Saturday night. False advertising. Very disappointing. Not even a sign on the door and all the lights were on. Giant banner on store front with huge "24/7" on it. I should of read the reviews first and not the hours of op. The reviews are horrific and mostly derived from poor management and lack of staff. Will not return for multiple reasons.

I was supposed to be given senior discount, 50% off. When I checked my card, it was charged full price! I called the restaurant several times to speak with manager. There was no answer.I would like my discount please!

we went to denny's today and it was empty with only two servers and two people in the kitchen as we were there it became more crowded with two big parties and some people coming and sitting in the booths. first we ordered hush puppies they're not hush puppies they're baked little donut holes or fried little donut holes they do not they did not have any and they sold as mozzarella sticks for $5 more. then we ordered off their specials menu and I ordered their Moon over Miami omelette, which I will show a picture of, it was the most horrible omelette I ever tasted but I didn't eat it so I don't really know how bad it tasted. my friend ordered a sandwich which was not well made but it was edible so we shared that and that's what we had for dinner be careful what you order

Food was not up to previous standards. They were out of many items on the menu. We ordered items the server said were available, and then, when 1 person's order was coming out of the kitchen we were informed they were out of items from the other 2 orders, so we had to order something else and sit and wait, so that by the time we got our food, the other member of our party was done eating. With so few customers in the place, there was no reason the cook could not have informed the server that what we ordered was not available early enough for us to do the substitution and allow everyone in the group to enjoy their meal at the same time, rather than 20 minutes apart!

The family stopped here for a late lunch this afternoon after the Alice in Wonderland Virtual Escape. We waited an hour and a half before our cold meals were served. We asked to see the manager, Demetria we were told.When it was explained to the manager, by our waitress, what was going on, Demetria shook her head and said quite loudly, " oh no, I'm not dealing with this today" and abruptly turned her back on us AND the waitress as she walked away. The waitress got on the phone and tried to help by getting our meals discounted, and the manager, Demetria again stated "no...uh.uh" and shook her head when the waitress tried to communicate the issue.The manager rang up a customer then grabbed her purse and left the restaurant. Apparently to leave her staff to deal with it. (At that time, there were others in the restaurant starting to complain that their food had not been served yet. One couple left while we stood there..... This is the poorest service by a store manager I have ever had the disservice to encounter. Not only rude to the customer, but to the employee as well NEVER again will we visit this place if it was the last restaurant on Google!
