I so badly want this place to be better but it is always disappointing. The cases are never full with the items listed on the website and the items aren’t fresh. The bakery doesn’t feel like anyone takes pride in the space or the food. Everything is a little grubby and needs cleaning.

I asked the Bakery to provide sweets for my grandaughters celebration of life, they came on a Sunday to provide some of the best sweets ever. They were told to make it pretty, they went above and beyond.Every person there asked where we got the cookies and cupcakes from, they absolutely loved them. I have no words to express my gratitude. Thank you so much.Amy

Don’t let looks fool you, this place is the best baked goods in the concord area. Their bagels are the closest thing to NY / NJ you will find in the south.

Brian was super helpful! This was our first time going— we got a crumb cake, tiramisu, and the “Roscoe”. All were delicious and we can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this small business! ⭐️

UNQUANTIFIABLLY DELICIOUS! Rarely do you find cakes that actually taste good… There is usually some flaw… They look good, but they taste awful! Dough New York style bakery knows how to make an TRULY AMAZING cake. Real ingredients, real butter cream, real beauty and REALLY scrumptious!!! My guests were in awe… 40 guests and this huge 12” cake was gone in 10 minutes without left over!!! People we’re coming back for more! I have been time after time been blow away by this lovely, under-rated boutique bakery. I have nothing but great thing to say about the stellar customer service, quality ingredients and design, and their mouth watering cakes! Bravo ??

I ordered a gender reveal cake from here. My doctor messed up some scheduling so I didn't get my gender to them in the time I was expecting. They were very polite and professional about the situation and I got my cake beautifully done and in great time. Plus, it was delicious ?

Hmm.. nothing really wrong. Quality is fine. I guess it's just that there's nothing that really draws. Probably not, but it feels a bit drab and dimly lit, small store space, variety of goods is only modest. A bakery is one business that really needs Ambiance. Since a NY theme, maybe some light jazz or easy going, slightly peppy music would make a huge difference to break up the focus and pressure of often being the only customer in the store. And maybe some better lighting effects. The owner never really smiles or seems happy. Of course none of this means much to the product you're there for but everything for a warm and inviting vibe that makes you want to come back soon, and gives you the baked good "feels". Yes, that's it. That's exactly what it's missing. It would psychologically make the baked goods taste better. And do cheer up, sir

I teared up the first time I had one of these bagels. The difference in quality compared to others is extremely noticeable. Only downside is now I've developed an addiction for their bagels that I don't see subsiding anytime soon. Seriously 10/10 plus they got a bunch of absolutely delicious pastries and things

Cookies were stale. Cheesecake was not freshly made. Tasted like something you’d get at grocery store. Not like at bakery ove been to in NEW YORK.

The strawberry cheesecake I brought was thick, creamy and rich. I'm from NY and it tastes better than Juniors to me.

Ordered a Cassata cake for my son's birthday. Went to pick it up and had to wait for the baker to finish her non work related conversation with another patron. Once waited on the cake barely had strawberries on/in it. Was told she ran out of strawberries. She didn't think to go to the grocery store to pick some up? Price wasn't adjusted either. I'll never go back.
