I always go to this Dunkin and lately they have been lacking. I always get the same order in the morning. A sourdough breakfast sandwich. But it seems like lately it’s either they don’t care or they don’t know how to complete an order. There is no reason why your line is long and you’re not even making orders right. This is the third time that my sandwich has not been toasted or remotely correct. When I call I get no answer. How do you run a business and you can’t answer a phone call to hear about the service your customers are getting. Not sure if they need a new group of morning people. Or they need a class in remaking everything on the menu.

Terrible customer service! If you want poor service at the drive through and at the counter go here. Rude, unprofessional staff that give luke warm coffee and prefer laughing, and talking amongst themselves instead of taking care of customers. I was late to work because of this foolishness at Dunkin. I won't return to this Christembury Blvd location in Concord, zero stars!!

Placed mobile order for walk in pick up when I arrived to get coffee was told I had to drive thru only I don’t have a car no big deal so I attempted calling 3 separate times so I could get a refund since I’m unable to drive thru and no one answered the phone.

I'm unsure who has been making the drinks the last two visits but they have been absolutely disgusting. Today they even had the audacity to hand me a half empty cup of warm whatever it was they made, because it was not what I ordered. Being in a rush, I didn't circle back around, but the window service was horrible(I didn't request or ask anything), just a horrible attitude, as was the actual drink.

Worst experience. Never had such a bad experience with any Dunkin.Worst service. For one cuppacino I waited 15mins.And what was served hot milk with sweetener. The lady who prepared it forgot to add coffee shots into it.She took the payment for the coffeeAnd aftr 10mins when I am waiting at the window comes and asks me what are you waiting for....

gave normal coffee when I ordered cappuccino for 6 dollars, happened 3 times. when I questioned 3rd time, she apologized and prepared again.

Service was okay. The employees weren't the talking type with a lack of eye contact. My Coffee was hot and what I ordered. I did see another customer had a lost order. It is located in a good spot with plenty of parking space to choose from. A/C worked very well and they had soft music playing in the background.

I frequently support this Dunkin Donuts and typically pay ahead on the app. Today I attempted to pay by cash and was refused the order because the store can not accept any denomination over a $20 bill. There should be signage before customers waste time in line and place an order. Ridiculous policy, they lost as sale today and deminished a customer loyalty.
