El Vallarta is always good. The food & drinks are yum. The service is mostly good but every once in a while you get a wait staff who appears to want to be home more than they want to wait on you.It is very convenient when shopping at Carolina Mall. They have really good flan. And it’s always fun to celebrate a birthday with their desert.

I got the chicken ACP and added green peppers. About half of my peppers were not cooked and the cheese sauce was very liquidy and made the rice mushy after a while. The sauce is ok. The chicken was pretty bland. The corn was a strange take for an ACP but I like corn so I didn't mind it. For about $13 it was a sizable amount of food

The food was delicious, no complaints, but our server brought our food & never came back to check on us, just to bring the check.
Got the cheese steak burrito Monday the taste was not fresh. Left half of burrito and got food poisoning within an hour. Still sick and will not go back. Our server was really nice however upset at the quality of meat that was served.
Great drinks, I had the Bahama mama and it was fantastic! Also, very friendly/honest staff for locking up belongings that were left by accident.

My family has eaten at this restaurant first at the old location and we followed them across the street. The food is very good, the staff are friendly and you never leave hungry. The prices are reasonable. I love the robot that sings and brings your foo to the table. The chicken rice soup is excellent !

It was late when our group arrived, and I guess the staff was tired and just not making their rounds to check tables. We had to walk up to the bar and ask someone to come take our order. The food was good. Only my second time visiting since the move to the mall.
