There was a fly buzzing around. More staff than there were customers. The pad see ew was too salty and runny. Sauce should be thick, not liquid. Not very much rice noodles. Waiteress was friendly. Would not order again.

ENoodles is probably my go-to spot for an Asian meal that I know I am going to love!Parking: I always find a parking spot, but if you come during the busiest times, you may either walk just a bit or hunt for for minute. Not a big deal though.

I always order take out, and I always tip. The food is decent, and the employees are friendly, but on multiple occasions, I have paid extra to have vegetables added, and usually there are barely any added, sometimes none. $0.75 for mushrooms, and you get 2 pieces of mushroom, if any. I usually add two vegetables and ask that two others be omitted, so it's not that there isn't enough room in the container for the extras. The spice level is incredibly inconsistent as well. Level 3 may or may not be super spicy, while level 2 might as well be 0.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made vegetarian.
So happy I decided to stop here while I was in the Concord area. Since I moved to Charlotte I have not had great experience with Asian restaurants. This was the best Asian food I've had since I moved here. I have the vegetable Singapore Mei Fun noodles, futomaki & cucumber rolls. All my food was really good. The service was superb and very attentive. The ambience was very nice. I will definitely be back

This was enjoyable and a good experience. I had two different sushi rolls and they were both very tasty. The service was friendly and it was a good atmosphere. Certainly a good place.

Our waitress was Mina. She was very knowledgeable about needing gluten free foods. FYI: the Spicy Mayo isn’t gf :(I ordered the cucumber roll sushi and the imitation crab roll sushi both delicious! They were big pieces also the picture is after I’ve already eaten some. They have gluten free soy sauce that tastes good also. Sweet tea is great! I also ordered the gf fried rice but didn’t like the way it tasted but my husband did. The menu is clearly marked gluten free on items that are. They have a good selection. The place was slammed!! They also have outdoor seating.
