First time visiting the Concord location. I'll be back! Service was great!Went today 3/23 food was good but minor complaints. Ordered thick cut bacon (they do not have it) it was as thin as regular bacon. I ordered three eggs they only put two on the plate. The waitress did what she could to accommodate my requests and I truly appreciate it. I still would go back again.

Had a great brunch today. Staff was very busy but they still took the time to check in on us. I really appreciate that and of course the food was excellent as well. I recommend trying the Huevos Rancheros if you are dining here because they were absolutely delicious.

My wife and I come to this restaurant every week to enjoy a get away meal together and we consistently experience good service and great food. Over the past few months, we have tried most of the selections on the menu and it has all been good. Best of all, we really appreciate how they go out of there way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Well worth a visit.Dietary restrictions: Recently, I had a heart event and can no longer eat certain foods. That's not a problem here. They alter my meal as needed and I can still enjoy a great tasting meal with a smile. What a Blessing!

Used to be a regular at this location, they are now under new management. I tried it the first time, food was lacking and sloppily put together. I gave it another try since I love famous toastery and it was the first week since it’s been under new management, safe to say I’ll never be returning. Better off driving to the Concord mills location, it has a lot more to offer just avoid this location all together.Miss my favorite hostess, Ava greeting us at the door and my girls Haven, Kim and Jariah. New service staff clearly doesn’t know what there doing. They look bored and didn’t bother refilling my tea I paid 4 dollars for. Didn’t come and check on us or anything.Vegetarian options: Pretty gross tbhParking: No handicap parking

Food use to be extremely good here. Now this location is under new management. The breakfast bowl use to come with 2 thick cut slices of bacon. Now they just sprinkle small amounts of bacon bits on top. I ordered to breakfast bowls with biscuits. I only received one biscuit which felt hard like a hockey puck. Famous Toastery has good food but I suggest you avoid the Branch view location in Concord.
