We had a large order for a work event. They did a great job labeling everything accordingly so we didn't have to look through each sandwich! The girls really enjoyed what they ordered we even got it again the next day . All delivery orders so unfortunately no ambiance report here. But for work lunch large orders this was better then other sandwich chains !

I grabbed a half sub before going to work yesterday late afternoon. I got so sick around 10 pm.. I shot up in the bed with the feeling of having to throw up. I ended up having to throw up and couldn't make it out of bed because it came so fast and wouldn't stop coming out, like the exorcist! I have never had food poisoning before and the only thing I ate was that Spicey Cajun chicken all day. Today I'm having to work 2 jobs sick as a dog. I had to replace my carpet bc it was un salvageable. I threw up that sub 8 hours later, had a fever, then the chills and a bad stomach ache. I went to the hospital last night and it was indeed food poisoning. I will never come back to this place ever again.

It's in the mall so I'll never love the atmosphere. However, the team there is really nice and they are faster than most Firehouse locations I've been to.
My sub was ok, I've had better. My daughter loved the meatbal sub and she could not stop talking about it.

I hate writing reviews based upon employee's attitudes but felt the need to do so this evening.My husband and I grabbed dinner at the Concord Mills location this evening.When I went up to the counter to order, the young girl behind the register didn't even greet me nor did she even look at me. I asked if she was able to take my order and at that time did she answer yes. She barely spoke while I ordered except to give me dirty looks because of how I ordered my sandwich. The lady next to her wasn't much nicer.This girl literally spoke in a whisper and acted as if she was doing me a service by being at work this evening.I have gone to this location before and thought this same person was just having an off day but apparently that's not the case. She is rude, point blank. Honestly, if she doesn't want to be there, she should be somewhere else.I know people have off days and I try to give people passes but I can't overlook the attitude I received this evening.The sandwiches were decent. Several tables were dirty.

The gentleman taking our order was nice enough but while I was waiting at the counter for my food there were two female employees that had really bad attitudes. Another customer asked a question and when he walked off one of the ladies started mocking him. Also I didn't notice until I had ordered my food that they currently have a B health rating. Looking at the food prep and dining areas I fully understand why they do not have an A. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was correct and tasted good.

The floors, tables, and chairs were disgusting. Shoes stuck to the floor when I walked around. Staff did not even notice and look like they don’t want to be here.

We stopped in for a quick lunch while in the mall and even though they were really busy we got our order pretty fast. The Italian subs are really good. The only problem I had was I ordered the medium and should have gotten the large!! Since they are part of the mall food center it is a little noisy but it was worth it. Definitely recommend stopping in if in the area.
