We got to off the grill every Monday night. The owner was there tonight and VERY rude to the two young men working. Even rude to us and was yelling and screaming over a $5 kids meal that the boys gave us free for kids eat free. We ordered 4 adult meals and 4 kids meals not expecting to get the 4th kids meal for free but that’s how they rang it up. He approached us as we were leaving and got an attitude with my husband, so I said that is NOT how an owner approaches a customer. He came from behind the counter and tried to get in my face in front of our 3 children and my autistic adult client who had a melt down and he screams and him and threatened to call the police. We love off the grill but after this experience will NEVER return.

Went because it says "Chargrilled" burgers. Was hand made but Definitely NOT Chargrilled. Quite dissapointing. Fries way oversalted. Otherwise, it's a nice little place and not bad tasting. The Outstanding and friendly service almost makes up for it. But I am going again to try some other stuff before I make a final decision. Very nice hometown feel which is very important.

I ordered 2 kid corndog meals, a buffalo chicken tender sandwich meal and a cheeseburger meal and I will say this, I have ordered from there many times over the last 2yrs and today will be the last time. The food was nowhere NEAR as good as it used to be. Every family member that ate today said the level has fallen dramatically and it’s not worth eating there again. I don’t know if the staff has stopped caring or what but I won’t be returning to that restaurant.

As soon as we walked in, I knew the food was going to be good. The menu is big with lots of options (almost overwhelming). Small space, but our food (bacon ranch burger/fries and a Philly/fries) came out hot and was really good. The price was really inexpensive compared to other places, especially for the amount of food we got. Now let's get to the service. Jaden and Alex, were the most polite and attentive young men I've seen in a long while. Having managed several restaurants, they are a true asset to your establishment.
