We drove there just to get the Witchdoctors. They’re hard to find. I usually get them from the other Poplar Tent Rd restaurant but this one is closer to my house. They tasted wonderful but there weren’t any pickles in the bottom of the cup. That’s my favorite part. If anyone reads this from the restaurant, can you please start putting pickles in the drinks as they were originally made? The people at both of the Poplar Tent Rd restaurants are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Thanks!!

Tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with onion rings. Sandwich did not have much taste. Orion rings were great. Beware of their online prices on their website. They are not what you charge you. Online states sandwich is $7.99 and $.99 for onion rings. They charged me $9.99 for the sandwich and $1.99 for the onion rings. Big difference in prices listed on their website.

I ordered a ribeye steak sandwich these guys gave me a ribeye with no bread no lettuce no nothing just a ribeye in a box with fries on it how tf is that sandwich do I eat the plastic to go box as the bread?

The staff are very friendly and efficient! We were pleased! The salad was very fresh and tasted good. The fried pickles were good, but the breading was a bit heavy and over- cooked. All in all I wasn't disappointed!

Good value at a good price and fast service, fried pickles are perfect and you get a lot with fresh ranch. The buffalo chicken sandwich and flounder sandwich are both also good!

I really can’t rate the food. After waiting for about an hour we never got it. We asked a few times and we’re told it will be right out. We finally gave up and just got our money back. The restaurant was hot, a little dirty, and seemed to be extremely disorganized (based on my observations of the communication between the order taker and the cooks). You can be sure I won’t be back. I don’t understand how this place has survived as long as it has.

1st time visitors. After taking an afternoon stroll, we ended up at Fresh Off The Grill by happenstance. So glad we stopped in. I got the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, list as Carolina Cheese Steak on Menu. Added lettuce and tomato. It was excellent. Wife got Pimento Cheese Burger. It too was good size and she loved it. She asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they did not disappoint. She couldn't stop eating them they were so good.Priced right. One note, the sweet ice tea was a bit too sweet, yet they added some unsweetened tea and it turned out great. They serve ice cream as well, yet we were full from dinner and passed. We'll come back one day for dessert. Overall, I'd recommend. Very nice folks too!
