I'm pretty sure when a waitress has a section assisted to her, she's intended to make sure her tables are taken care of, instead she kept stopping at a hightop to flirt (and yes because that hightop had a different waitress serving them.We sat and placed our order immediately since we already knew what we wanted. Took about 15 to 20 mine for our drinks to arrive (waitress kept stopping to talk to someone at the Hightop table several times. Then another 30 mins goes by and the tables around us sat after us are getting food and refills, yet our waitess was to busy running her mouth with a guy at the hightops again ,filtering. When she finally comes back (no refills) says it's gonna be another 10 mins....only to find out she never put our order in, in the first place.Needless to say we finally got our food and she got no tip. I gave a cash tip to waitess at the table behind us since she kept getting our drink instead and brought us out food.

I mean this is pretty simple, it's Hooters! Great beer, good chicken wings, and hot girls. The gorgeous bartender made me a great long island and though my food took a while to come out she kept me up to date in time frame. I always go to this location because it is close to the track where I do a lot of business and I've never had bad service here. I do wish they bring back the steak fries though

Came in for a to go order close to closing time. Wait staff at the bar was very accommodating and wings were tasty as usual.
We sat waiting for service for 10-15 minutes. Poor service!UPDATE: Went back and it was just the opposite experience. The service was prompt, food was delicious, and wasn’t too bad at all. I’ll have them another chance.

Bartender extremely rude and colorist I think she was upset because of her size 8 cup tatas! Really unorganized, if you are a person of color, I do not recommend you going to this restaurant! Lady with the cheeks extremely nice thank you sir, at least pointing us in the right direction! Oh my friends color run run run run!

It had been about 8 yrs since my last Hooters visit. 3-21-24 As a 3rd option I came with a friend. They were understaffed in the kitchen and orders were backed up. Our server, Maya, informed us from the beginning it would be 45 minutes to a hour. After waiting patiently and a couple drinks, food arrived and it was subpar. However, Maya was gracious and professional on the way she handled the situation. Because of Maya I decided to come back 3-24. Ironically, Maya was working and I was placed in her section. Service was again awesome, food was awesome and I was very pleased. The only thing I would change is to have the sound of a game instead of the music being played in the restaurant. I will be back.
