I love my Jack in Box , being from the Westcoast, but this place needs to step up their game. I had the tacos ?, and my hubby had the mini tacos. The deep fryer they were made in, the oil had a dark tint of black, and taste was not up to the J IN BOX standards. I was so discouraged that I didn't even want to stop at the Easley , SC restaurant to try. Very Disappointed ? ? I'll wait until I get back to the Westcoast in Jun. I've waited many years before.

The cleanliness is HORRIBLE !!! Every employee had EarPods in. I kept having to repeat my order 3 times because the young man could not hear me. The lobby was so nasty along with the bathrooms. Tables in lobby all dirty I was going to eat in but my wife decided to leave…The guy in the purple eating food and shake on backline playing around and dirty language from everyone. Will not return to store in concord nc. If you get drinks. The drink machine was so nasty so imagine what is happening in the backline where customers can’t see !!!! Think twice before buying food here.

Went to J.I.B on 3/30/2024 at 3:25pm Order #6808 this was our second visit and I don’t know why. The first visit we were lured in by the 2 Tacos for $.99 I ordered 8 of them because I had a taste for tacos. To our surprise they were the WORST looking tacos I’ve ever seen in my life. They were so full and saturated in oil, lacking any fresh lettuce or tomatoes, the cheese was scimpy, they were cold and SUCKED UNEATABLE! I threw them all away and was told by friends “NEVER GO TO J.I.B. FOR TACOS” I should have listened. Then I went back a second time for a burger the 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5.00 we went in the restaurant it was filthy! No tables were clean the floor was sticky and every employee except for the fryer guy was on their phones! We were not greeted and when we got the food the only thing edible were the plain unseasoned fries! The Soda Machine was down and out of SPRITE. NEVER AGAIN! This place SUCKS and should be closed down ASAP! Food is HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I’ll NEVER RETURN!

I ate the bacon double smash burger with straight fries. The fries were fresh and hot. The burger looked fantastic and was, but I'm not a fan of the sauce, it's just to sweet.Staff was cool and friendly. I only saw two staff and I waited a bit longer than usual. That's ok cause everything was fresh and hot.The should really clean up the parking lot as lots of trash was blowing about. If I'm in the area and want a good burger I'll be back. Good stuff.
