I work in the food industry so for me to write a review, I rarely do. Especially one that I’m disappointed at.Waited 7+ minutes at the speaker, I know you guys didn’t close cause you just took the previous car order. All it takes was a simple, “ Hello. We’re short of staff and will be with you in a moment.” finally got my order taken And the gentleman was slightly rude, but then again, I understand cause it is 12:20am midnight. Waited for my food for more than 20, if only the line wasn’t blocked off, I too would have drove off at the speaker. Listening and watch the employees play on his phone. Seen another worker came up to the window and ask what are they waiting for and why haven’t you take the order. The car at the speaker been waiting for more than 6 minutes. So miss, we still waiting for our order that we paid for. Drive 15 min home and guess what, order wasn’t even correct. We order the spicy tiny taco loaded and sauce, a regular loaded tiny taco and a teriyaki bowl combo with egg roll and drink. That wasn’t what we got. So disappointed. Call so many time and left a voice mail. Food was a waste and there no way for me to get my money back. So please answer your phone so people won’t have to leave bad reviews. I hope this review get to someone on top management.

Went through the drive-thru for some breakfast on my way to Fredericksburg VA. They need to use a better brand of croissant for their sandwiches. I got a sausage egg & cheese. The sausage & egg were good, but the croissant was nasty. No flavor. Do better please

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order. Not acknowledge one bit. The people who came in after were acknowledged but not me. 5 employees 2 just walking around in the kitchen doing nothing. All the employees had headphones in. The employee that said I will be seen in a minute had an unnecessary attitude. I am VERY disappointed with the service. Will NOT come back again

I tried to use the app to have them deliver my food and some fattie stole it, then I tried through doordash and they canceled my order. Not to mention they refused to make it again after some pig stole it. Tried calling them twice at two different times no one answered. I called someone else who was supposed to deliver my food who told me it was stolen, said there was only two people working there. They should of had a manager there as well. They suck.

My sister and I ordered at about 7:40 p.m. We still haven't received our order. It's now 9:35 p.m. We've tried calling four times, and we were told by an automated machine that no one could answer our calls. We even tried canceling at 9 p.m. but we couldn't because of unknown reasons.My sister (who put in the order) just called her UberEats delivery man. He told us that our order was picked up after being canceled and then reordered. So, our previous delivery person took our order for themself. Thankfully, the guy we did have told the people working that we want a refund. At least someone was on our side.
