Stood at the front counter while 3 people went through line and I did not even get acknowledged. Finally I spoke up and asked where I needed to go. Once I made it home with my order I was surprised to see that not only was the pickup name not listed on the order the person making did not read any of the notes for the order.

It's been quite sometime since I've been to a business where employees were treated the way they were at Concord Mills Jersey Mike's.I've been 3 different times in the past month and they hit my 3rd strike this last time.I'm not sure the manager's name but he's a jerk. He's a large African American man and he's loud. He speaks to the employees like they're idiots and his demeanor just made me feel unwelcome. I felt horrible for the young people working in there. I would def quit because there's no way I'd put up with such a hostile work environment.Next trip to Jersey Mike's, I will go out of my way to a different location.

I like this place but listen if you pay for the black card you should get more than 15 minutes in the mediation pod...especially when the place is empty because all the TV'S are out of service again.When the opened Lake Wylie they also had no hot water.Please post a note please.Otherwise it's a terrible shock. they also do not let you book out the total body enhancement.I like to book it and then workout until I go it.They are pretty nasty about not letting=ne me do that anymore.Now it first come first serve even if you are there working out and want to hold space in an hour .

10/28/23 6:41 pm. Would be an ZERO star if available…….Eddie stated they were out of “mini” size bread….charging the same amount for very small slice! The Cashier took a $20.00 gift card and told me the amount I had left to pay. She did NOT apply or return gift card!!!!!! Charged FULL AMOUNT on my credit card. She was a thief and Eddie had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. They will hear from me IF they ever answer the phone

I’ve been to this location a few times. Obviously it’s my favorite one because I pass at least three other locations on my way to this one. The #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak is my go to! I like it without mushrooms but add the cherry pepper relish ; Thank me later!My sub is always made well at this location. You can see from the photo of the end of my sub it’s packed with goodness to the last bite.

High turnover of Managers means high turnover of customer service. I am a REGULAR here and my guys are gone! I witness 3 changes in management in the last year! This last manger makes me not even want to tell him how I want my sub. I was close to walking out or telling him make what you think I want! His mannerisms, frowns made me not want to order! He even stated while making my sub I knew I should’ve went home. My thoughts, yeah you should if you have a problem with how I want my sub! Guess I’ll be going to University from now on out! Change your manager or watch a drop in your revenue!!

Always have a pleasant experience when I go here, Austin and his twin sisters definitely know how to perfecto that #8? All staff are always friendly and they stay BUSY however you’re always treated with the BEST customer service skills!!
