Consistently good. I've never had a bad sandwich. I always get the Pepe which I believe is the Ham sub. My office does group orders every now and then and everything is almost always right. If they make an error (which rarely happens) they make it right. You earn points when you order and I've gotten free sandwiches! Bread is always fresh. They deliver which is also awesome. I'll edit the review with a pic next week when I go for lunch.
The employee tonight was excellent, polite and kind. I paid 17+ for a lettuce and bread sandwich. What happen to Jimmy Johns? I will never buy JJ again.

If you pay $17.00plus tax for a sub and order it online and it prints on your receipt what should be on the sub and your store is not busy try to make it right. They forgot the cheese that we paid $1.98 extra for. If I had a rabbit I'd be ok with the extra lettuce you added when we request E-Z on the lettuce. The food would of been good but it was not made with the right ingredients. If it was it would of been a 5 star review the drive thru guy was friendly to. We ordered before inside and it was perfect.

I visited this location yesterday 9/14/23 around 6:15pm. I was originally going to the drive-thru, but my 4 year old insisted we go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the register. I had a complicated order, I assume the gentleman that came over to help was the manager/supervisor. He assured me my order would be made exactly the way I wanted, he was amazing! Everyone provided me with excellent customer service, and even made my daughter smile. Thank you all for the hospitality!
