Good was good service from all staff member esp Anton was great for Easter everyone there was glad to see u and u felt it temperature in rest was comfortable will be bk new place for Sunday eats for me. We haven’t been to a cafeteria in quite some time. I read the reviews for this particular location and we were pleasantly surprised at everything! The people working there were upbeat and very nice and the food was great! This is the 1st time in a long time I had the best macaroni and cheese! And we had the baked spaghetti which was delicious!

Over the past year or so, I've noticed a few changes in the food. I used to gather the white fish all the time until three times in a row it was mushy on the inside. I also used to get the coconut pie, but it has changed as well, and not for the good. Luckily, they still have really good fried chicken, broccoli and cheese, and green beans. My kid still likes he Mac and cheese. The staff is great and the servers are awesome and on top of things.

I am a caregiver for a 90 year old woman. When we arrived, a server, Leticia Hernandez greeted us by opening the door. She was very helpful from when we got there to when we left. We were treated like royalty. We got very professional service that also felt personal and she was very attentive and kind. Our meal was hot and satisfying.

1st timer to K&W and I can't wait to return. I am traveling from Pittsburgh to visit my parents and I am glad we stopped in for dinner. The staff is so damn pleasant and accommodating to me, my mom and my 2 kids (15 & 1). Food was great, hot and reasonably priced. My daughter and mom had the fried white fish (loved it) and I had the chicken. Coconut pie was bomb too. We tool a Togo plate for my dad and the collard greens were awesome too! These northerners love some southern greens! ❤️ all and all very pleasant experience and establishment is very clean and inviting. Always tip your waitress! Those of you who are just complaining be mindful that K&W has been community a very long time. I’m from Charlotte North Carolina but live in Huntersville and I traveled all the way up here just to have lunch. I could’ve been to any of these places any of these new places where they’ve tried to make southern food, more glamorous, when it just needs to leave alone. But this place is one of the last ones outside of miles around to Greensboro North Carolina. I have eaten my food or in the middle of eating it and it has been consistent the last several times I have been here. These people enjoy coming to work and when they shut down in Charlotte, North Carolina, it was tough for all of us because we love them, however give a little grace or eat somewhere else. Food substitution does take place in restaurants when they’re out of certain things where they just don’t serve at all so in order to not disappoint, they will substitute if need be, and some restaurant to do that .My food was great today as you can see!
