I sent my boyfriend to get us food around 10:30pm. I AM PREGNANT and was wanting some chicken tenders and fries. SPENT OVER $30… He gets home, and the chicken is so old it’s like pulling apart rubber. It was so nasty looking. It made me sick to my stomach. I didn’t even want it at all anymore, no remake or nothing. I sent him back with the food to just get a refund. No telling what the workers would do to a remake behind the counter. I don’t ever go to kfc and I see why now. Worst experience for a customer who never goes here. If I could give it no stars. I would.I never make google reviews but this right here made my night. KFC y’all nasty for serving people food like that. But I guarantee the ones boxing it up, wouldn’t eat it, they just lazy and don’t give a damn. DO BETTER!

I came to this establishment twice while on a trip. Today I was extremely disgusted by the way one of employees were treated. I watched as she went from one place to another working super hard and then all of a sudden she stormed off and a taller white male followed behind talking in an extremely aggressive tone. I was scared for her! I wish nothing but good things for this young lady because the last time I came in she took my order in the most beautiful and friendly way! She is the only reason I decided to come back today but upon seeing the way things transpired, I will not be returning to this location ever again. The front cashier was rude, the lobby was disgusting and I almost slipped in a huge puddle near the drink machine that nobody ever cleaned the entire time I was there. The staff looks like they were all having a rough time and I refuse to eat at an establishment where the employees aren't treated right because then they do not treat us, the customers, with respect. I feel bad for the people who work there under that form of management.

We ordered KFC delivery on their website and they gave us a time frame and it exceeded it by 10 minutes, so I called the local store, and the manager Austin answered and said they were waiting for breast and legs to come up. He said it would be about 17 minutes and asked if we wanted to wait and I said sure.All we ordered was a 8 piece bucket. When the order arrived, we had the 8-piece bucket along with mashed potatoes, gravy, and 4 biscuits. Excellent service and I called to thank them for the great service...! 5 PLUS Stars...!!!! Thanks for everything...!

So tonight I went to this KFC location like I normally do and it’s normally not too bad and I don’t mind it. As it’s a kfc and just like any other fast food place I don’t expect them to just go all out like an actual restaurant. HOWEVER the little boy in the drive thru who has no business being in customer service deserves to be fired.He is rude and obvious doesn’t care about his job.He was slugged over when receiving my payment (didn’t care whatever I get it) and then hands me my stuff and goes to shut the window.I then asked “is there a straw in here.” I wasn’t rude I was just asking because I had a little bit of a drive home and didn’t want to have to open my lid. I also thought asking about a straw wouldn’t be a big deal however his response was “nope”I then asked if I could have one. He reached and got one and proceeded to say “I was GUNNA hand you one.”(No he wasn’t)I then noticed I didn’t have my full order and asked. “Hey is there a chicken little in the box”And the audacity of this child to say “chill just chill” as he’s making a hand motion.I asked to then speak to his manager because that was it for me.He said “are you serious”I looked at him and said “yes I’m dead serious.”His manager was nice and refunded me my money.The little boy was laughing inside and saying “she wants a refund.” And continued laughing.I understand that this is fast food but the lack of give a damn this child had was completely unnecessary and rude and I will not be back. And I’d be surprised if he didn’t treat others this way as wellManagement would be wise to find a different employee to take his place because he obviously doesn’t want to be there any ways. I do not recommend this location while this kid is working the drive thru window or even in general.

The employee we had serving us was very rude rudeness only begets rudeness but I guess she doesn't know how to smile or be nice or just hand you some ranch dressing even if you didn't order chicken tenders it doesn't matter it's chicken and the size portions we're very small for KFC I complained to headquarters if you're going to cost me $35 for three box meals a breast and a wing and they're small as a baby chicken then you need to give me my money back you need to close down your business and stop selling chicken because you don't even know what a good portion size is and stop hiring rude people they want jobs but they don't want to be kind no matter what situation have a smile on your face don't spread the hate it's not the way Jesus wants you to behave

I truly love the new remodeling. Everyone is a friendly and helpful. The staff is very helpful in answering any questions you might have when placing an order about different options.I also truly like and appreciate the Bar seating, which makes it so much easier for people that have trouble standing after being seated. The entire dining area is very open and offers a nice view.There's also a Drive thru for even quick orders to go.Everything was so fresh and Truly Delicious!!Parking: Plenty of parking available for Buses, Campers, etc.. Also Handicap Parking at entrance.Kid-friendliness: Very kid and family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: From parking to entrance, even sitting inside is handicamp accessible.
