I would of recorded what was going on 4/28 Sunday night at 830pm. Hot sign while we're waiting inside . They turned the hot sign off like 840. 5 people in line ignored for about 5 minutes. Boys playing with donuts tossing them on their fingers . Texting while putting donuts on the tray! Used glove ON THE CONVEYER BELT! they was doing entirely too much ! Where was the supervisor ? Manager? We eventually left smh and didenr get our free donut , we come here often and you can tell a difference when certain people are on shift

I have placed pickup orders with Krispy Kreme in Concord, NC three times now. I understand that several dozen donuts take a bit longer than usual to box up, so I always make sure to give at minimum 90 minutes notice, but I usually order the night ahead just to give extra time. I also set the pickup time as a bit earlier than I will actually arrive at the restaurant just to give an extra time cushion for busy employees.Despite this, every single time I’ve gone to pick up my order well after the allotted pickup time, they START preparing the order when I arrive. This time in particular there were barely any customers in the store and several employees messing around in the back, so there was no clear reason for my order to not be ready. I’ve worked food service for many years, so I truly try my best to cut fellow restaurant employees slack because I know how busy it gets and how little pay we work for. But three times of not even starting my order until I arrive, basically ignoring me in store, and making me very late for the events I get donuts for is just too many. I’ll find somewhere else to get desserts for my events, and considering there are lots of other reviews with the same issue I’d highly recommend you do the same.

Customer service, cleanliness and quality have gone downhill the past few visits I’ve come here. Very disappointed this is meant to be a “flagship” location but this doesn’t represent the brand at all. Placed a mobile order - out of the items I requested, no way to get a refund either. No mobile order pick up spot inside the store either nor can you pick up thru the drive thru. Nobody seems to care or know what they should be doing. Wasted $20.

Don’t have donuts available that are on menu. Literally had available a total of 4 donuts for assorted. Unacceptable after waiting forever in drive thru. Needs new staff. Will not return.

Updating March of 2024:Been let down the last few visits for sure. Glazed are still great. It seems something in the processed changed as now after overnight they are like rocks (worse than before). Also filled donuts are a joke...you are luck if you have any filling in half of it. I'm done with buying filled donuts here as they suck now! My score for here is dropping significantly not as they are terrible and as with all else prices too have been going up. My wife got coffee too here last Sunday and it was awful. Come-On what happened to the old Krisoy Kreme????? Dropped score to one star now.Good stuff. Not so good for my diet....but their doughnuts are amazing! People here are decent. Sometimes I want to get a drink but hate to orfer one when so many people are in line and one person is helping you for walk in orders...product is good.
I think they should have told ppl ahead of time that the donuts were going to be green! They were good though!

These have to be the best southern donuts. They are always my go to cheat desert. The thing that makes Krispy Kreme Donuts amazing to me is this. Lite, Krispy and that lite Kreme that just melts in your mouth. The manager was professional, the staff was quick and professional and the store was spotless. On this day I didn't just get the best donut but I made a friend. The manager on this day was a young African American that made his way to the south from the great state of California. His staff shared their smiles and some lite conversation with me. While others were cleaning and prepping and preparing the store for another Hot and Ready moment.

They are really awesome. I had an experience of excellent customer service too. Had to order some donoughts for my kids school, and Javian was helping me. He not only took time to understand what I need, reconfirmed but went extra mile to give some free. Not being greedy for free but when anybody having pleasant attitude helps you, it is the best starter for morning. Thank you Javian.

This location has gone down. I had a pick up order that wasn’t ready and I was running behind about 10 minutes. Came into location and crowded understaffed. I was expecting green donuts to take to a St. Patrick’s event and I had original, I was told they were out. If I would’ve known I would have never placed a pick up order.

It's Krispy Kreme so the donuts are always good. However, every time we go the bathrooms are an absolute mess and usually out of one or more supplies. Can't help but wonder about the employees' hygiene...
