So when we arrived we were sat in a FILTHY booth. The server was nice and helpful.... HOWEVER, we ordered 2 steaks, a cheese burger and a broiled platter. BOTH steaks were cooked wrong AND rancid. All the broiled fish and scallops and oysters tasted bad. But the worat was my baby girls cheese burger. The meat was SO bad my 10 yr old took one bite and said "mom please taste this." It was WAY bad. Rancid and sour meat. We let our server know and she was amazing. We didn't eat but a few bites of our entrees before leaving. At the light I threw up. Before we even got home everyone in iur party was nauseous and then my husband has to stop to throw up. FOOD POISONING!! We have come here for YEARS and always got fried food. Never again. I am a 27 year customer and I will NEVER go back. now We just need to make it up to our kid who's birthday was RUINED because of food poisoning

Got the popcorn shrimp and devil crab plate. Got two crabs and a generous amount of shrimp. Baked potato. Was only 8.99Food was good, Came out hotService was good. Great prices ! We’ll be back
I got food togo and when I got home. The fish was old and hard like they refried it. I'm very disappointed. I have eaten here before and never had food like this so hard you can chew it.

This was one of my favorite restaurants until they served me a potato ? that had dirt, because it wasn’t washed.

Just order the chicken and jumbo shrimp combo, the shrimp was bigger than the chicken tender. Bought my food back up here to show them and the lady took the chicken tenders back. This place use to be good but skimping the size of the food and paying for full price is crazy.

When I tell you this food is the best thing around I thought Captain D's was #1 till mayflower dropped them onion rings and catfish on me they took the top spot food is always better in the South??? CLT 2

We just missed the lunch special hours but the menu selections were still available. I love the food portions they give you, always more than enough. The crowd was light but the atmosphere here was happy. Our waiter was really moving around from one table to another, I think they could have used two people working the area we were in instead of one. (Speaking from a workers perspective) . This might have been an unusually busy day that we was here.
