Ordered 4 mcdoubles, a large fry and a large hi-c with no ice. Was charged over $20. My wife called an hour later when the bank notified her of the charge because she gets this meal all the time and is charged a little over $13, of course there's no way to prove it since they didn't give me a receipt. The person who answered the phone said the General Manager would be told and would deal with it the next day. It's been 2 days, no phone calls and they've blocked my wife's number. It is ALWAYS something with this McDonald's, just the worst.Update: It's been 3 days, my wife went up to the store where they ignored her for 15 minutes until she had to get rude to get the attention of the manager on duty. Who refused to refund what they stole, cussed at her and threw food at her. She called the police who did nothing, but it's OK. We'll be taking them to court and getting ALL of our money back for the last 13 years, including the time one of their employees skimmed our cards and bought up a bunch of gift cards in Florida, draining our account right before we went on vacation. This place can sit on it and rotate. Corporate has already been called.

Order #1459 First let’s start by they gave me the wrong food. That wasn’t too bad. The problem I have is my food is wrong and the quality was terrible. How do you expect someone to pay $31.00 for this kind of service. What pissed me off more was I was feeding my child some of my food.
